I had such a wonderful experience at Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ! From the moment we walked in, our server made the night feel special—attentive, warm, and so knowledgeable about the menu. The happy hour was an incredible value, and I couldn’t believe the variety of choices at such a great price.
The meats were outstanding—tender, flavorful, and fun to grill right at the table. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the selection was perfect for sharing. The whole experience felt interactive and memorable, making it so much more than just dinner.
If I had one suggestion, it would be to offer a separate pair of tongs for the cooked meats (to avoid cross-contamination) and perhaps provide some silverware for those who prefer it. But truly, those are small notes compared to how beautiful the evening was.
This restaurant exceeded my expectations and gave me everything I could ask for—a great atmosphere, amazing service, and food that left me wanting to come back as soon as possible. Highly recommend!

First time at this location and it won’t be our last! Came here with a group of friends and we shared the 6 person feast and we could not get through it all. Hugh quality meats and service was SPECTACULAR! Our server was Monique and she was amazing. Fun, polite, and always seemed to be nearby when anyone needed something. I even ordered a drink that didnt quite taste the way I thought it would (and I really hate sending things back) she was so kind about it. Thank you, Monique! While there is no dedicated parking, it’s in the cherry creek area and there’s lots of little parking areas and street parking. Great location and we will be coming back!
