The mexican restaurant at the Orgins Hotel at Red Rocks is the #NomadTaqueria+Beer.

We ordered the chips & salsas, tacos and chicken fajitas.

Could have used a little more something, not heat, just spices for more depth and flavor.

Liked the tableware and glasses, beautiful fire places, they have put a lot into the appearances.

Make it a good deed day, always leave it in better shape than you found it!

Staff were kind, funny, and great.

Food was so low quality. One of the worst burgers I have ever had and the tacos were just meh. That’s just restaurants these days though, what can you do?

It’d be nice to witness some heart and soul go into food quality, preparation, creativity, and presentation, but you will not find that here. Bummer.

Great place to have inside the Origin. All of the food we had was great and there was a good drink selection. Plenty of good craft beers on draft and the prices were reasonable.

Awesome spot. Bartender Bailey was so kind. Went before a show at Red Rocks, and it’s the perfect distance from the venue as well as the official hotel of the venue. I went before it got real busy but the atmosphere is lovely, the carne asada tacos were fire and my G&T was so good. Highly recommend around the timeframe of your next Red Rocks show!

Multiple priviate group event rooms with patio access for our special birthday, graduation, reunion, anniversary and work team meetings and parties with plenty of no stress free parking for everyone! Perfect spot to have dinner with live music before a concert at Red Rocks Ampatheater and stay over after the show. What a pleasant surprise Nomad is! When I park at the lots to go to the mountains with friends, we usually just eat in the mountains somewhere but Nomad might be our new go-to! Delicious tacos, a good happy hour and drinks. Will definitely make this a stop on our way back down from the mountains.

Came to this establishment yesterday and ordered dinner. We both got burgers, but I am allergic to dairy and asked for no cheese and for them to let the cook know, like I always do. My burger came out half frozen while my husbands was perfect. I sent it back and it took more than ten minutes for mine to come back out. When it arrived it was a burnt hockey puck. I truly feel this was intentional by the kitchen. The hamburger was also broken in three separate pieces almost as if they gave me scraps left on the grill. The waiter was also appalled by this and while he didn’t say much, I know he was just as upset about it as I was. Needless to say, I will never be back.

Had been looking forward to trying this place for quite some time. They’ve been developing this area near Red Rocks for quite some time. It is a perfect location at the bottom of Origin Hotel Red Rocks. You are right off of I-70 and can easily run up to the mountains or down to downtown Denver!

Beautiful atmosphere. The outside seating area is awesome. Decorated with string lights and firepits, it is a great environment to relax have a drink and good food.

We sat inside which was also beautiful. The food was good but a bit over priced for what you were getting. Great taco options and flavors. Nachos were good as well. The service was a bit lack luster though.

Overall positive experience. Looking forward to checking it out again.

The Good: our server helped my daughter navigate/set up a vegan taco. Carne asada plate was pretty good. Guacamole too.

The bad: kinda everything else. Chips and salsa was pretty weak for $10. Chips were that delightful sort of stale you get when the chip clip wasn’t on the bag all the way. Margarita pitcher was a waste as it didn’t seem to really have a booze in it. Deeply weird.
