The razor snails with tamarind were very hard and chewy and fishy. The sauce for it was good but the snails were not good. The crispy chicken wings were good, the tofu was also good.
Overall experience was ok. I just didn’t like the sticky and oily floor and tables. Though we came in a big group, the servers tried to accommodate by only getting our orders but never cleaned anything off of our table.
Edit: To the one who just reply my rv. The snail plate we just see the hair when we almost finish it ( it was at the end of the plate). Also the rice plate it just ate like 30% so what you mean about finish it? Also on first time we see the hair we already let the server know and the only thing he do it walk away to the kitchen and no respond ( we also not touch the snail plate after see the hair) you more welcome to check the camera. Same as the rice plate. Do not blame on anyone when IT IS YOUR PROBLEM.
Edit 2: woww now you said it could be our hair? Who hair can be drop in to the snail plate when it on our girl side and it a DARK, SHORT HAIR. Also the rice plate is by the boy who have brown hair curly while the hair in it is stil DARK, SHORT AND TRAIGHT. Are your tell us lied about the hair, we put it in or how can it be in the food? Just check the camera. The thing is your attitude and also how can server without any care about the customer from the begin to end honor receive 20% tip? Just because we comes by 5 people? Do you even understand TIP means? I usually never put tip under 18% but if you charge for 20% you should service your customer worthy 20%. Also I never receive any apologize at the first time. The second time I receive from a man who comes but the lady just walk out and ask what happend to our table and said she will take 2 dishes out of our bill and walk away( my ONLY friend who has black short hair also said he saw her staring at him so guess you guys assum us is who put the hair in, in twice? Lol) So the problem is YOUR. Maybe take your customer review and train your staffs better and stop blame your customer. We pay for it not ask for free, we have a right to speak for it and again if you think we put the hair in CHECK THE CAMERA. My friend is fromt he different state, last time she comes I take her here once and she love the food and ask to comeback but maybe we are come in wrong time. Forgot to mention we come in was stand there and wait cause no one at front and the server let us sit at the table at the door even the are some table inside and it 30 something degree. Its also has lil trash on it so I guess thats how we been treat. Thats the end here, we not comeback and not deleted the review and it TRUE STORY not “ufair”. I also noti not only me feel about the services so yeah, maybe look back of your staff?
The drinks were all very good! The bahn mi was fine. The rice and potatoes was pretty good. The food was just fine but, nothing special. The drinks & customers service was great! Note..the cleanness needs to be stepped up a lil bit..
