I was hesitant to try Cajun food outside of my home state, but during this brutal weather I was craving a warm cup of gumbo and decided to give NOLA Cajun Kitchen a try. Wow—this one truly hit home.
The gumbo was rich, spicy, and incredibly authentic… the kind that makes your nose run and your soul happy. I loved it so much that I ordered a whole quart to take home for tonight.
If you’re missing real Cajun flavor, this place delivers. Sigh… this gumbo took me right back home.

Great Cajun food and quick service with ample portions and quality ingredients. The gator po boy was tasty and filling with tender gator and fresh bread. The gumbo is tasty with a light spice but I’d like to see more chicken and sausage in it. Ordering is easy and food is prepared quickly and fresh. A great stop for Cajun food.

Food was really good, I’ve never felt so happy to go eat somewhere. The loaded lobster fries were SOOO good. And the rest of the food was super good, really tasty. If I lived close this would be my new DoorDash spot. 10/10 never felt this way about a restaurant.

We found this gem when after searching for something new in the area. The food was amazing with a fantastic selection. The place is incredibly clean! The service is top notch, friendly, helpful, and courteous. We will definitely be back with both of us looking forward to trying more from the menu. We had the fried oysters and we were so hungry I forgot to snap a picture . They were really good, with a nice portion size and delicious! The Brisket Poboy (like a sub) was awesome and very tender.

Walked in at 1pm surprised it was as quite as it was. I orded the cup of chicken and sausage gumbo which was more like a bowl and jambalaya. Both were outstanding, If I had to choose one as being better, the gumbo was better. Loaded with chicken and smoked sausage pieces and enough spice to keep my taste buds alert.

I got a gator po boy And the fried seafood platter with oyster Catfish shrimp and Calamari it was so good. The best I have found in this area reminded me of being in New Orleans. The owner was cool and service was great. I will most definitely eat Here again if I find myself this way, it was worth every dollar I spent a little under $50 and I don’t regret yourself. Don’t beat yourself.

The food here was a chef kiss. My husband and I bought 5 different things to sample. The fried pickles, the catfish and of course the Nola noodles were my favorite. Lots of parking. Nice sit down area. The service was great and fast. If you are looking for great Cajun food this is definitely where it’s at.

Everything came out both crispy and tender; absolutely perfect and takes me right back to my days in the South. The gumbo and catfish were standouts, but everything was phenomenal. Can’t wait to explore the rest of the menu because this is definitely a place worth coming back to.

Been going to NOLA since the beginning in West Boylston. This location is so convenient for me, so now I get to eat here more often. I always order the Cajun Alfredo with crispy chicken and eat every last noodle. They will bring it to your car at both locations, which is really helpful for me because I’m disabled.
