I had an incredible dining experience at Noe Indian Cuisine in Noe Valley! From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The menu offered a fantastic variety of authentic Indian and Himalayan dishes — everything we tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully spiced. The samosas and garlic naan were standouts, and the portions were generous enough that leftovers were a bonus! ️
The service was attentive and warm, and I appreciated the vegetarian and vegan options available. I also loved how sustainably they approach their ingredients and takeout packaging. This is now one of my go-to spots for delicious Indian food in the city — can’t wait to go back and try more dishes! Highly recommend!

Came here without a reservation on a weekend for lunch. We were seated quickly. The samosas were really good. The breads were huge. The curries definitely packed heat. The ice cream cubes to top off the meal were cute, milky, and sweet.

Visited on a weekday night with a friend. We had the chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, papadum and the wings. I also got the mango lassi which was so so good. Everything was so delicious and we’ve tried a couple of Indian restaurants in SF already — this was truly outstanding! It was pretty affordable, service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Nice place to stop and get a meal. Portions are huge and either plan for leftovers or come very hungry. 🙂 They had such favorable food, and the spices were amazing. WISH I could find a place in Florida like this to frequent.

Let me start by saying that this is cute little place with great staff. We tried their Rajasthani lamb curry with naan and tandoori roti, chicken biryani. The food was delicious. The masala chai they serve had refill services which I found amazing. None of the Indian places I’ve been to give refills on chai. Their customer service is commendable. We were treated so well and also served with mango kulfi as it was our first time at this restaurant. They definitely deserve generous tips. Highly recommend this place!

Really, the menu and food quality are a cut above the typical Indian restaurant in this price range. My only minor complaint is how loud and annoying the radio is (and it does appear to actually be a radio, complete with ads between the songs).

My 82 year old mother and I (53) enjoyed our first experience at Noe Indian Cuisine. Papdum was so tasty and crisp with a hint of fenugreek, dipping sauces quite flavorful. While we asked for our dishes to be on the mild side, we were prepared for a kick. We wanted a light meal as we didn’t have more than an hour. We were quickly served our Mango Lassis, Assorted Tandoori, Momo Chilli Vegetable, and Spinach Naan. While the Momo was spicier than my mother expected, it was delicious. Our server, David, recommended the Kheer for dessert, a pleasant surprise as I’m sure it helped my mother cool the heat from the spices.
I have to say my favorite part of our experience was the service. David was knowledgeable about dishes, asked if we wanted rice, and after we paid the check, he walked my mother outside and stood with her as I retrieved my car. I have eaten at many Indian restaurants, notably many in London, UK, and I have never had such kind and thoughtful service.

Wow! We visited this restaurant for the first time today and were pleasantly surprised by the incredible taste of their food. They had dairy free options which we really appreciated and absolutely every dish that we ordered was delicious. We’ll be coming back to this place for sure!
