The last time I ate here there was a whole big bug in my food. The waiter treated the situation like it was normal, they didn’t offer me another dish. The waiter then told me some sort of ventilator in the kitchen had bugs dropping down…huh? So this is suppose to be ok? I don’t think so. Also, I felt like the owner should have apologized. They have made a lot of money off of me and customer appreciation is great and appreciated after finding a big bug in my food. That lets the customer know they are valued.I felt completely sidelined and not taken serious at all. Also, they claim to have spinach on the weekend to go with your side dishes but I have gone for a long time and no, have not seen it again. I have come here a lot for the past couple of years but I noticed the last 2 times service was not great. It was ok rushy and kind of left on standby. After the bug incident and the treatment I have had no desire to return again.

They have different dishes too, if you would like to try Korean BBQ, it is a unique experience. Make sure you go with a group of people so you can get to try the variety of meats. Food is really great.

Noodally is the only Korean BBQ restaurant I’ve tried in Costa Rica and it’s quite good. Their bulgogi and galbi are on point. Service is a little slow but very covid secure. The banchan is also delicious and plentiful. The restaurant isn’t cheap but the portions are good. We paid about $50 for the bulgogi and galbi, plenty of banchan, 2 rice, 2 small soups and three beers. Would recommend

The most authentic Korean cuisine you can get in Costa Rica, top notch restaurant in terms of food. The sushi is always fresh and excellently executed in case you want something more internacional. Great culinary experience.
