Went for my best friend’s birthday dinner.
The food was ok, nothing to write home about. The truffle Parmesan risotto was the only thing that was exceptional.
The edamame was not spicy, had a nice charred flavor but not spicy… the rock shrimp tasted
Like bang bang shrimp. Not worth the price.
Service was good, our cups were always full, empty plates were immediately cleared.
I’m not a fan of small bites so this wasn’t my favorite sushi experience.
It’s a cute environment and dimly lit.

Food at Nobu Galleria was excellent and consistent as always. The jalapeño yellowtail was fresh and perfectly balanced, and the tenderloin was cooked beautifully — light seasoning, great asparagus and mushrooms. Honestly, I could have ordered a second plate. Seriously. Sooooo good. And, with my Nobu engraved ice block in the old fashioned…
Sat in the lounge area and had a friendly, enthusiastic server who clearly wanted to provide a good experience. Service just wasn’t fully polished — we had a few small hiccups with napkins and flatware (more than once like no napkin, wait no chopsticks, later forkless…), but everything was corrected quickly when asked.
Overall, the food was stellar and drinks were solid. Not quite a flawless five-star evening given service, and it didn’t leave me with that exclusive Nobu vibe, but still a very strong night. Definitely would go again. The tenderloin…

Wanted to visit Nobu for many years. Decided it was time. The restaurant is at the mall so dressing code is a little more casual. There were people wearing snickers. Ambience is relaxed and staff were great, very attentive. Servers/hosts know the menu really well. I had a blast. Loved every food we ate (we over ate ) bill was a little more than $800 for two people. We ordered 2 dishes of every part of the menu, including desserts. It is something that we wanted to do, trying a little bit of everything. Dishes are what they call “family” size, so the idea is that you share with the other people, but they are not big. So don’t think that you will eat a lot because of the term “family”. I will do it again if I have the chance. Highly recommended. I do t think is overrated. It is exactly what Nobu wanted to create, a sensory experience! ❤️

It was a cool spot just to say you’ve been. My favorite dish was the miso cod. It was definitely the highlight of the meal. The atmosphere is cute and the drinks were decent. That said, the portions were on the smaller side and we were still hungry afterward.

Nobu continues to set the gold standard for a reason. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is sophisticated and the service is impeccably sharp. It’s the kind of place where you feel taken care of from start to finish.
While the sushi and signature dishes were, as expected, world-class, I have to give a special shout-out to the bar program. I ordered a dirty martini, and it was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly chilled, expertly balanced, and exactly the right amount of savory.

Visiting from Atlanta. My friend brought me here. My very first time at any Nobu. Everything we ordered was impeccable! The yellowtail, the shrimp, the ceviche, the dessert, the edamame, the dumplings, the cocktails! Wow. We unknowingly came right before happy hour ended. We definitely took advantage of the happy hour menu.
Customer service was on point. We sat in the moody corner of the restaurant that’s set up like a mini lounge. I would totally and definitely return here. I’m even going to try the Nobu in Atlanta, just to see if it’s just as good as Houston.

This was our first time in Nobu Houston restaurant. We loved sushis and entrees. Server and food presenter was very knowledgeable, described food ingredients very well. Overall, we enjoyed being there with my family. Definitely recommend to visit for your special days.

Oh man I came here last Thursday and I wanted to give a warm shout out to Dylan at the bar! First off the ambiance is amazing as Nobu is known for of course. Clean chill vibes at the bar seating it wasn’t packed at all just enough to enjoy not over crowded or loud. Dylan was very attentive and supplied us with top tier service laughs and knowledge. He’s a cool kid ! Also Rihanna the waitress I have to give 5 stars as well she was inviting and took attentiveness towards our wait time thanking us for our patience. As myself, working years in luxury Forbes 5 star, I know what it takes to be trained and excelling in customer service at all levels. Making the guests feel welcomed heard and served. The team did this that night on the elite level! Please celebrate them in some way. Doing it the right way!

This was our 2nd visit, many more to come. Jeremy and I (Joshua) had a small little dinner date. We love Nobu and everything about. The food quality is impeccable, the prices aren’t bad for the quality of food and level of service we received. Not just our server but all other team members that came close to our table would check to make sure we had what we needed. We will come again and again. Its our official date night place. The entire staff was very attentive, pleasant and personable. They did a great job on the set menu I requested.
