When you bite into a Hamburger, the last thing you expect is cold, raw meat, but this Arby’s disappointed. I’m normally one of the few advocates for Arby’s, I love the curly fries and brisket, but this location on the Atlanta highway has disappointed time after time.
Normally I pull up to the speaker, order, and wait and wait and wait to get my food. The orders are accurate 85% of the time which isn’t good, but it is acceptable. However today I pull up and look at the menu, and eventually someone else pulls up behind me and I realize it’s been 5 minutes and no one has asked me for my order.
So I speak up and the clerk respond and apologized for the wait. I asked if the new bacon burger was good, I haven’t had it and decided to order it over the brisket sandwich I normally love. So I pull up to the window and pay, and then the clerk hands me my card back and asks me to back up to I can re-trigger the sensor, and then I’m back to waiting.
I finally recieve my meal after another 8 minutes or so and go home.
The surprise I found after I had finally got home, set down and found the perfect show to watch, and bit into my sandwich was a cold bright pink raw Hamburger patty.
Do not go here until they fix their issues.

I’m done going here because the last two times got my order wrong. Ask for light mayo they put a gunk on there. Ask for crinkle cut and they give stale old curly fries. I gave it a chance and this place is just nasty. Also the quality on the pink lemonade went way downhill & taste terrible. This place needs a overhaul in new staff

I wanted this to be a good experience….. but it wasn’t. They gave me a gyro instead of the meatoberfest double roast beef sandwich at the drive thru. I would have eaten it if it wasn’t so gross… so I drove all the way back to arby’s and got the right sandwich and guess what IT WAS ALSO GROSS! And it looked nothing like the one on the commercial. The bread was tough and chewy like cheap gum. And to top it all off…. my fries were cold.

Forgot to grab a couple snapshots since I was with the whole family. Quick bite for dinner. This Arby’s had a remodel and is nice and clean inside. The service was ok. Had to give the order more than once but it came out correct. Food was ok. Mine was good but the wife’s sandwich was cold and she said their grease needed to be changed. Overall about what one might expect from a fast food dinner. No major misses or home runs.

Ordered large fries and they tried to be slick and slip the small into the large container. I did ate some but it was still equivalent to small amount it was a lot of dead space and I preferred peach lemonade and received a regular.

I absolutely love Arby’s curly fries, but these disappoint tremendously.
They were hot. But thats only because they were trying to rush to get us through the drive through they didn’t allow them to finish cooking. So we have hot mushy fries .
So that was money wasted.
