We had the absolute pleasure of being taken care of by Victor at Nobu in Caesars New Orleans, and I truly don’t even know where to begin.
Every single recommendation he made was phenomenal. We started with the crispy okra and tuna tataki — both perfectly balanced and bursting with flavor. The black cod miso was melt-in-your-mouth incredible, and the eel sushi was hands down some of the best we’ve ever had. To finish, we enjoyed the Irish coffee along with two cocktails, and everything from start to finish was flawless.
This was, without question, the best meal we have ever had — period.
Victor made Frank’s birthday dinner feel extravagant, special, and unforgettable. His attention to detail, confidence in his recommendations, and warm, professional service elevated the entire evening.
Thank you so much, Victor. We will absolutely be back.

The food was beyond phenomenal. It was a pleasure meeting the staff who make it all happen without missing a beat, while making you feel like family. Our server Mike, one of the best, elevated the experience. And yes, the bartenders are THAT good!!
I can’t finish this review without thanking the general manager for being so hospitable; I’ve eaten all over the world and can confidently say, this is worth the experience!!!

Sexy and delicious! Ask to sit off to the side of the bar, it was quiet and removed from the casino setting. Trinh was so helpful with her recommendations! The seafood ceviche was a little tooo zesty for my taste so just be careful of the sauce. My favorite was the black cod miso and soy banana toban. Nobu was everything I was hoping for, and more!

We had an incredible experience at Nobu last night. From the moment we arrived, the staff took amazing care of us from start to finish. The cocktails were fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was exactly what you’d hope for at a place like this.
Andrea truly made the night special. She made ordering effortless—I gave her a few preferences, and she curated the perfect selection for our table. Every dish arrived at the right pace, and she struck the ideal balance of making sure we had more than enough to enjoy without ever feeling overwhelmed or over-served.

The food at Nobu was absolutely next level, every dish was crafted with incredible precision and flavor. But what truly set this experience apart was the service. Our waiter Kendall was exceptional. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the whole evening feel effortless. Nobu delivers on every front, but it’s the people like Kendall who make you want to come back.

Having never been to Nobu, we were very excited to try new things. Our server’s recommendations were all amazing and exactly what we were looking for. Andrea was a wonderful server, along with the rest of the top notch service team. The Glacier 51 Sea Bass, Bluefin Chu Toro Nigiri, and Yellowtail Jalapeño were our most memorable items. The Wagyu Dumplings and Crunchy Fish tacos were delicious. For dessert the Baked Alaska (key lime cheesecake and mango gelato flambéed with rum on a ginger crust) and Miso Cappuccino (miso chocolate brûlée and candied pecans) were incredible.

Birthday dinner for party of 4. 2 in the group had been to Nobu before but Kiersten was absolutely attentive and so knowledgeable about the dishes served and ingredients.
We enjoyed yellowtail jalapeño, caesar salad wasabi truffle dressing, spinach salad with dry miso, crispy okra with spicy tosazu, rock shrimp tempura with 3 sauces, shrimp with spicy garlic vegetables, tuna and yellowtail sashimi, yellowtail scallion rolls, and yellowtail jalapeño rolls. For dessert, we tried house made fruit gelato, and satandagi which were unbelievably delectable.
This is an absolute treat and the entire dining experience was 10/10. Do not have any hesitation about trying Nobu. You will not be disappointed.

We had the best experience at this restaurant. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. The food was amazing ,the atmosphere was nice. If we ever come back to New Orleans will definitely come back to this restaurant. It’s a little pricey but it was worth it
