Hand down the fish was 10 out of 10 and the ceviche was full of shrimp. I had the best fried green banana that came with the fish. It was so good! I will definitely be coming back soon.

My first time eating at this restaurant and I’d give them a 10 out of 10 if I could . I ordered the Birria Tacos with a side of yellow rice. Now the order comes with 3 but I always need an extra one LOL y’all know this is my favorite. The brisket was cooked to perfection. It was juicy, tender, favorable just simply delicious. It also came with the dipping broth and a side of cilantro and onions. Almost forgot to mention you get a bag of chips and salsa with your order. I’d eat this everyday if I could . Highly recommended and will definitely be revisiting.

Met up with a friend to eat here before heading out to a Secret Santa party up the road. Their Nachos Supreme was quite good (the beef was lighter, not as greasy as most) and my friend got a dish loaded with protein that he said was solid too. I was shocked that they didn’t have lime margaritas, though. I went with strawberry, which thankfully, was pretty tasty and not too sugary.
Still- nothing beats a frozen lime margarita!! But I do recommend checking them out.

its hard to find authenic latin food in rva, but this place is my favorite by far! the pupusas are definetly the best around. everything is house made and sooo fresh!!! service is friendly and efficient. atmosphere is calm yet lively with the beautiful decor and music. i recommend to all my friends, 10/10! never a bad experience with el paraiso

This place is a hidden gem. They cater to everyone’s tastes, with great options for vegan and vegetarian diners. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and their homemade hot sauces are incredible. Prices are fair, and the overall vibe is great!

Comically being served honey mustard for a mexican “salad” is about as funny as getting refried bean paste with chips instead of salsa. The food is good. The service as okay. The restaurant could use some sprucing up.

I wish I could actually review the food upon calling to place it to go order. I was informed that they don’t speak English or have anybody who could speak English and then proceeded to hang up on me. My money spends just as well in a Spanish restaurant as it does an English speaking restaurant.
