Stopped by Noble Wave Louisiana Kitchen with my team after a shoot and it was exactly what we needed. We ordered burgers, sandwiches, and the beignets, and everything was so good. The food was comforting and filling, and the beignets were the standout — warm, fluffy, and delicious. Relaxed vibe, great spot to wind down after a long day. Would absolutely come back.

I had what they call The Ladder, chicken tenders on French toast with an egg and maple syrup on the side. We also had the andouille sausage biscuit plate. The service was good and the environment was funky in a good way.
However, somehow, the food was just okay. There was nothing extraordinary about the flavor. I was really looking for a Southern style addicting taste, but I was disappointed.
Noble Wave, gimme a reason to go back! I wanna support good and local biz!

This is an amazing place, it’s been recommended many times by my sister-in-law and her boyfriend and we were finally in the area. If you like Louisiana cooking, this is a must stop. Who would have known there was a small piece of swamp in downtown Salem. We stopped in for Sunday Brunch and the biscuits were giant, fluffy pillows of tastiness. I don’t think you will find a better chicken sandwich, it was super moist, flavorful with just the right amount of heat and crunch. The rosemary gravy was a great choice and while I love andouille, without it, you can appreciate the rosemary flavor. We will be stopping in for more goodness whenever we are driving by or staying in Salem. There is a great atmosphere, super friendly and helpful employees and I want to get a peek sometime at the magic performed by the chef’s in the back kitchen.
PS – That is Crystal. If you know, you know.

Such a cool place. Vibey and the food is outstanding! Split the hot chicken sandwich and fancy fries. The chicken was moist and delicious. The fries have fried shallots and parmesan and were to die for. Number one chicken sando for miles!

Super yummy food, on a fairly limited and tight menu. The shrimp poboy was delicious and the special fries with parm and shallots were incredible, the chicken gumbo definitely has a bite to it, and the cheese curds are the best curds we’ve ever had. The cider came in a nicely frosted glass. The food came quick, the service was good, the price was decent, the vibes when you walk inside are cool and funky, with some fun art, cool colors, and some interesting seating choices too! Would definitely come back when we are in the area as this was a hit for both of us. Oh- and pretty easy parking too!

I don’t if I could describe how good the food was here. The king bread pudding cake was amazing it doesn’t look appealing but tastes amazing almost like a Cinnamon Toast Crunch cake. I had the avocado toast with added bacon that’s was very filling and probably a must add bacon the protein helped. Get the garlic mayo sauce.

The atmosphere was amazing! The interior design was so peaceful! The waitress was so nice and handled all her table’s amazing! The food was amazing and was kinda quick! The one thing that could be better was a little so much sauce on our burger but that didn’t stop the food from tasting amazing! I would recommend going! The price was goof for me and what I was looking to pay! I would also say they have very interesting food options for sure got me by surprise! Over all was amazing

The catfish sandwich is amazing! I spoke to the waiter (who I believe was also a partial owner) and he explained how the catfish is flown in from Louisiana and hand breaded in-house. The breading is delicate and flavorful and does not overpower the fish. They have a wide assortment of beers that they switch out frequently, so if you find a flavor you like, you better drink it while you can. We got a couple of deserts which were delicious. The beignets are made to order so they are hot and fluffy and absolutely delicious!
The atmosphere is a bit Portland hipster with some great seating nooks for pictures. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes Louisiana style food, however, it can be a bit spicy for those with a sensitive pallet. The price of a main dish isn’t expensive for the large portions you get and the price of drinks are competitive. However, the appetizers are a bit pricey for the portion size.

This restaurant was suggested to my husband and we stop there for Sunday brunch. The inside seating was full but we preferred outdoor. It was a nice day out. I ordered the shrimp and grits and my husband tried the ladder which was French toast layered with fried chicken tenders. Food was great, really good portion size for the ladder. I think the shrimp & grits portion was a bit lacking. We also tried the bin-yays (Beignets) and some mimosa. Really good flavor. We will definitely be back to try other items in the menu.
