Had an excellent experience here from start to finish! Every aspect from style and decor to the menu items and cocktail options has very clearly been designed to create a cohesive and relaxed environment.
The presentation and creative dishes were above my expectations for a casual taphouse. Our hostess and our server Abby, were incredibly thorough and attentive.
Noble Twist Taphouse took the best parts of pizza and beer and leveled it up. A truly fantastic addition to the Griffith Street restaurant collective!

Absolutely phenomenal wings. I still can’t believe how good they were. If you’re considering the wings, get them. The wings and the lava cake were the star of the show for me. The lava cake is $15 which is very steep for the size, but man it was the best lava cake ever. Great beer and pizza, too… with a cute outdoor patio & friendly service.

Had family in from Seattle and wanted to show them Saugatuck. Found Noble on a Google search. Sat outside on a beautiful sunny day. Pizza was fantastic and drinks were tasty. Basil pesto pizza was exceptional and cooked perfectly in a pizza oven. Price for a tourist town was very affordable. Would gladly stop in again.

Impressive place! We had the lake salad and pesto pizza. The sourdough pizza crust is exceptional. Also quite impressive beer for a young, small brewery. Kudos to the brewer.

First time trying this new spot and loved it! Great new addition to so many great restaurants in Saugatuck!
Our server, Abby, was absolutely great. Knowledgeable and helpful through the whole meal!
The local cider was delicious and we were happy to try 3 different pizzas. The hot honey pepperoni was awesome.
To start we had the scoop fries and the tempura vegetables. I’m not a fry guy, but the reviews made me try them and I’m glad I did!

I’ve stopped by Noble Twist twice now, and I’m excited to see how they develop going forward. They have their first beer now, and it’s a very nice witbier. Their drink menu still has multiple good options, and I found their cider to be quite good too. I got one of their white clam pizzas to go, and it was quite good while it was fresh. I’m not sure what happened with the leftover pizza, but it didn’t warm up well later on for some reason. I think maybe the gluten content of the pizza is higher than normal and it toughened up significantly after some fridge time. That being said, the pizzas are fairly light and it should be easy for a group to finish one off while it’s fresh. I’ll definitely be back again.

Loving this new addition to Saugatuck. The New Haven-style pizza, beer (brewed on site), and cocktails are all excellent.
The pie pictured here is half pepperoni and half hot Italian. They are not kidding about it being hot and I hope they never back away from the heat level. If you’re the type of person who opens the jar of red pepper flakes when applying it to pizza ( ♂️), this one is for you.

Intentionality throughout – from the welcome to the wait staff to the vibe. Love it! And the pizza — wow! Hot honey pepperoni was a favorite for my sons who now ask for honey on their pizza wherever we go so it can taste like “the Noble Twist pizza.” The kids ordered Shirley Temples and they were the most beautiful drinks I’ve ever seen. The Noble Twists (cute name for the breadstick twists) were soooo delicious. The fresh ingredients and homemade marinara really top everything off. I had the cider which was crisp and delicious and I love that it’s sourced locally. We are already planning our next trip to Saugatuck just to go eat here again!

Noble Twist has quickly become our favorite local spot to grab pizza and a beverage. I cannot stop thinking about their pizza! The crust is crispy and chewy, the sauce is perfectly tangy, and the toppings are fresh and creative. We’ve been thoroughly enjoying their rotating seasonal cocktail menu (a must-try for folks who enjoy an elevated cocktail experience) and their brewed-in-house beers. Bonus points for featuring our favorite local winery, Michigan Wine Co. The vibe is cozy modern (with a fab patio in warmer months) and the service is always welcoming and helpful. You can tell there is so much heart behind this place. We look forward to many more delightful visits with friends and family!

If you love fantastic beer you must check this place out. By far the best beer in the area! The pizza is absolutely amazing and the staff is great! The red head bar tender is gorgeous as well. Definitely worth a visit.
