We ordered delivery through Doordash. Our caesar salads were tasty even thought we had very few croutons and the pieces of lettuce were huge and not properly cut to be bite sized. The big problem was the pizza. It had ingredients we didn’t request and when we called to just let the manager know (since we’d already filed a complaint with Doordash) we were told they were aware of the issue and that the day shift had burnt the alfredo sauce that was supposed to be on our pizza. The evening shift just added some other cheeses like cheddar and nacho to fix it. OMG. This is an ALFREDO sauce, a white cheese sauce. Any idiot knows you don’t add cheddar and definitely not nacho cheese to “fix it” or “make it better”. Our pizza was inedible – attempted one bite and it tasted like vomit – and it appalls me that no one at this restaurant cared enough about the food quality or their jobs to do it right the first time or properly fix the problem by making a fresh batch of sauce. And they even admitted they had received MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS! Your insincere apology doesn’t put edible food in our stomachs. Stay away from this location. IT IS AWFUL.

Greenbriar 86th location has the greatest vibes!! I ordered take out and the pizza was ready very quickly!! I had to taste in store cause I haven’t had Noble Romans pizza in many many years!!! THEY DID GREAT, pizza is delicious, hot and fresh!!! Derrick took my order and was friendly and made me feel welcomed! The staff was great as well! It’s so cool, you can also watch the pizza making process thru the glass!! Can’t wait to come back with my family to get the WHOLE dine in EXPERIENCE !!

Manager is very friendly and staff are also great. I love the tall booth area it is cozy place to meet friends and eat. I had the Alfredo the Chicken deep dish Sicilian with spinach added- delicious! Crust was crispy and not soggy, and toppings were spread evenly. I was impressed with the wine and craft beer pairings but did not order any this trip. We ate at the newer 86th and Ditch location. I’m glad we tried it. Great place!

EDIT: They brought the old manager, Derek, back. Won’t be returning. When he was manager before, there was mold on the salad bar. His personality is like mold too. I feel bad for the staff – they’re all so nice!

First time here from houston tx..great pizza great atmosphere..clean staff friendly. Cashier Gabriel is a sweet heart and his manager was awesome..didn’t have to wait long..many mentors to watch sports..Definitely recommend had the big daddy BBQ pizza..yummy

This was my first, but certainly not my last visit to Noble Roman’s. My deep dish pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff were friendly and checked on me several times during my visit. Kudos to Derrick and his crew!

We come occasionally, and the service is hit or miss. Today, however, was a hit! Gabriel was extremely personable, attentive, and very pleasant. We appreciated him checking on us periodically, asking about the food, and making sure our time there overall was going well. The food is always great, and the flavor is hard to beat. Highly recommend the Hawaiian Luau pizza, and if you have kids, adding the .50 root beers are always a hit. We’ll be back!
