No Toro Cafe is a great breakfast spot with a cool military-themed atmosphere that gives it a lot of character. The place feels welcoming and has a strong local, community feel.

The chilaquiles are a must-try — flavorful, perfectly cooked, and very filling. You can tell everything is made with care, and the portions are solid. Pair it with their coffee and you’re set for the morning.

Service is friendly and attentive, and the overall experience makes this place stand out from your typical breakfast joint. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re looking for a hearty breakfast with personality.

Highly recommend!

Had a tasty experience at No Toro Cafe this morning! Brought my family to enjoy some great food! We had the Banana Nutella pancakes, Chocolate Chip and Banana French toast, the Sniper Scramble, and more! We definitely will be coming back for breakfast! We were seated quickly, and the service was top tier! Very welcoming and gave us a family feel! I definitely recommend this place!

We were staying at the Comfort Inn nearby and saw the reviews so we decided to go on our last day in CA. There was a wait on Sunday morning but we were called after 15 minutes. There were many families having breakfast. Everything was tasty. I enjoyed my banana raspberry French toast. Glad we didn’t go to Denny’s. We can go anytime to Denny’s. Liked the military theme.

Quaint little place, tucked away in an unsuspecting corner. Nice wholesome food, wonderful people. Tons of military memorabilia and paintings and photographs from veterans and service members.
Food was great. I got the Banana walnut pancakes. Good, but you can never have too much bananas. Nice ratio of pancake to maple syrup. Eggs and bacon were just right!

THIS PLACE SUCKS!

Upon arrival, place was not busy at all with plenty of open seating. Guy working made me wait 10 min to be seated although he was not busy at all. It was like he just sat me down when he felt like it. Very small menu and the breakfast burrito sucked! Took a while for the guy to get my drink order, it was like customers bother this dude and are an inconvenience to him, very unfriendly! As I was eating the crappy burrito, other customers were arriving and he kept telling people 15 min wait although he was literally not doing anything and was not busy at all, he just wanted to hang out near the kitchen and talk to his coworkers or be on his phone…

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Woke up and really wanted some French toast. In an attempt to order from another breakfast spot nearby, my wife accidentally placed a pick up from this restaurant. She realized her mistake when she went to pick it up but we decided we would give this place a try. We both ordered French toast, scrambled eggs, and bacon/sausage.

The eggs were pretty good but disappointingly the French toast was extremely rubbery and chewy to the point where I could hardly break the French toast with a metal fork. Very disappointing considering that some good French toast is all that we really wanted this morning whoever cooked this really let us down today.

This place is awesome!! Really loved the atmosphere and the food was absolutely fantastic. Always nice to support a veteran owned business.
Included photos: Sgt sandwich, berry and banana French toast, chilaquiles, and the gunner burrito!! All fantastic and super filling.

The chilaquiles have a good flavor, but definitely non-spicy (American version). The sunny side eggs were perfect. The steak had too much condiments… making it taste salty (if you go… you might want to ask for lightly seasoned). The iced cafe de olla was way to strong (too much cinnamon); the staff was great about giving me a replacement; but for someone who might not be familiar with how it should taste… they might get the wrong impression of what it is. If you ask for tea… you’ll get hot water and your choice of tea. The pancakes were okay. The service overall was good. But I did noticed the people brining the payment machines also handle the silverware without washing their hands. 🙁

I’m thrilled to be in full support of our local businesses, especially a veteran owned establishment such as No Toro Café. Try their Chilaquiles, they’re delicious! Great stop for a quick bite and a comforting meal.

Veteran owned Cafe my brother took me to today. Good food and the staff was nice. Love the use of ammo boxes for table supplies. My brother had the gunner breakfast burrito and I had the chesty chorizo burrito.
