I ordered a burrito, but instead received what was basically a rice burrito. There were only a few shreds of chicken, hardly any at all. On top of that, the food was extremely salty, and I was charged for a side that I never received.
When we called the restaurant, they said, “Oh yeah, that’s what it says online, but we don’t have it. I don’t know why it does that.”
I have never been this dissatisfied with both the service and the quality of the food.

My friend ordered pozole and asked for the meat on the side. They gave her the meat in the soup, and it wasn’t even spicy like real pozole. How lame. The customer service also sucks. You’re better off going somewhere authentic.
