Walked in at 10 on a Saturday. I think they might be understaffed. It was pretty empty but we still had a 20 minute wait to be seated. Not a big deal.

Our waitress was not great. She didn’t have many tables and would disappear for long periods of time. We had to ask for a coffee refill and it felt like I was an inconvenience. At one point we were literally helping ourselves to refills and to go boxes.

It took over 30 minutes to get the food to the table. The food was just fine and extremely overpriced.

I get the staffing issues, but there were not a lot of people in the restaurant. It shouldn’t have been that bad.

Our entire group agreed we would not go back.

Located 25th street downtown Ogden, offers a full menu for breakfast lunch and dinner. I would say they certainly specialize in Breakfast items with extensive stuffed French toast items. I had the pumpkin pie stuffed French toast and was delicious!! My wife had eggs Benedict and came with thick slices of tomatoes and avocado and was good but not the best I’ve had. My daughter got chicken strip tenders with fries and they were good as well with large portions. We ordered a large cinnamon roll to go and it turned out to be more like a cinnamon roll coffee cake with more of a cake vs bread texture. It was ok but I was expecting a chewy warm roll texture. They have a large menu and it is definitely worth trying out.

Classic diner feel in a great downtown location. Decent food and service. Had biscuits and gravy, bacon and eggs with a pancake. Biscuits leave a little to desired. They were very thin, not thick or fluffy like I would expect and prefer. Just average overall. Same on bacon and eggs, just average. The pancake was actually really good and entire plate sized. Oddly might have been the standout of our meal. Overall we would visit again. But not go out of our way to dine here.

Very nice place to have a great breakfast. The other food I saw being served was great looking. The food was hot and fresh. The service was good but not a lot of staff. However the food didn’t take long to be served.
The portions were large and can be shared.
The building was clean and the coffee was good and hot. They also have flavored creamer which I like.
Great decor and close proximity to the baseball park and most of the area motels such as the Marriott and Hilton brands.

I love eggs Benedict but unfortunately this was honestly the worst I’ve ever had for an eggs bene. The egg yolks were solid, honestly they tasted microwaved and not poached. The hollandaise sauce wasn’t runny at all either or had much flavor. The scones were way good though and we also really like the Hawaiian iced coffee. But honestly for how ridiculously pricey they are for the quality of food, the only thing I’ll be going there for are the scones and coffee. They might be good if you’re the type that like going for a traditional breakfast (eggs, hash browns, bacon, etc) but if you like savory with flavor, this ain’t it. Maybe their stuffed French toast is good and the sweeter items but all we tried was the scone for sweet.

We came here on March 3rd at 11:00 AM for the first time. My mom wanted a side of French toast, but she wasn’t sure if it was only half a slice or whole slice. The waitress answered the question, but with a partial rude answer. She said it’s either a side of French toast or it’s an order of 3 French toast. My mom just wanted to know if it was a slice or a whole piece. After the waitress rolled her eyes, we finally got a straight answer. There were only 6 patrons in this diner on a Monday early afternoon. It took an HOUR to get our food. Meanwhile, our coffee was getting refilled continuously. However, as we used our creamer, she would annoyingly pick them off of the table. She almost seemed annoyed as she was taking them off the table. The waitress definitely ruined the vibe of this place. The food was very tasty, and they do have a ton of options on their menu. As a breakfast restaurant, this place is steep for prices. For my fiancé and I, it was 47 dollars without tip. I gave a 20% tip, so it was higher after that. For my mom to have a side of French toast and my daughter’s omelet, it was $27 without tips. Insane prices for breakfast. I can’t see the value of going back. The food is great, but it’s not worth it, in my opinion.

The food was absolutely phenomenal! The Eggs Benedict was just the right amount of cooked, the egg still soft and runny, ham had a good flavor, and the English muffin was well toasted. The biscuits were very fluffy and buttery with nice saltiness. The Chili Verde Fries were delicious as well, it had a lot of peppers and a good amount of pork throughout. The Stuffed French Toast with Strawberries was also incredible. The custard it was stuffed with was sweet and creamy, the whipped cream was real and fresh, and the strawberrys very bright and sweet. Our waitress was friendly and fast. Overall, it was a great place to eat.

Have been back several times since this review was posted, the country fried steak is also excellent!

Will not return.
Tried to pre-order via the website, but it was confusing what the sides were or what I could choose (it seemed to steer you toward the salad and fries). So I decided just to go in and order. You wont know based on the menu, but they do breakfast all day. But since I didn’t know that, I had already decided on the grilled chicken platter, which says it comes with salad and fries. I asked for onion rings rather than fries. They asked what sauces I wanted, Since they didn’t specify dressing, I figured they meant or the rings. Luckily I started to question this and got a ranch on the ay out (to go). Upon returning to the office, I found the chicken to be decent tasting, if not a little boring. The onion rings were not crispy whatsoever, the closest they got was rubbery on the breading, but the onions inside were just plain rubbery. THe breading had a weird green tinge to them it seemed, maybe just me. They were certainly not good. The salad? Not received. But at least they gave me a dressing for it… After I specifically asked if the salad had dressing on it…
I was really hoping for a great discovery however I am left feeling very ripped off and still hungry as I threw most of my lunch away.
Maybe this place is best for breakfast?

I really enjoy the decoration of this place, it takes you back to the ’60s. It would have been pretty cool if they had 60 type music playing or an old jukebox. I ordered the bacon jalapeno cream cheeseburger and fries. The burger itself is pretty good size and tasted really good. Fry’s, in many ways I ordered the garlic parmesan cheese fries. My wife ordered soup and salad but even that was flavorful. Our server was phenomenal and very friendly. I believe her name was Elizabeth. These guys also offer adult beverages, we do plan on going back and trying their breakfast.
