Veggie burgers are rare and overdone. Hostess kid was on her phone. Cleanliness is average and some servers super nice. Family atmosphere and hard to have anything romantic over the din and portions are good value for money. It would be worth considering the introduction of smaller portions — a move that would simultaneously address affordability for diners and help minimize unnecessary food wastage. I arrived at 2:20pm on a Saturday afternoon with my kids and my friend back in the summertime. We were promptly seated.
At 2:23pm, our waiter, Jose, came over. He introduced himself and took our drink order. We all got waters.
We ordered around 2:35pm. One of my kids got pizza, fries, and broccoli and the other got tenders, fries and broccoli. I got 10 oz sirloin with broccoli and asparagus. My friend got the chicken quesadilla.
The food came around 2:48pm. The food was delicious and we all enjoyed it. I’ll note that my asparagus was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My broccoli had no seasoning at all. I added salt and pepper, which I had to request from the waiter because it wasn’t on the table.
I would return!

Overall, the manager Orion and his diligence in providing excellent customer service stopped us from walking out this restaurant.
Initially, service was slow. We waited over 15 minutes to be greeted by a server for drinks, and when we were, she was clearly overworked or annoyed by having to serve another table (ours). We get it, it’s work and it gets busy. But we don’t want to feel like you don’t want to be there.
Orion came to our table and let us know that they are working on providing better service. He made sure we enjoyed our food and drinks, so I really want to thank Orion for being a great manager and showing us excellent service even when it wasn’t his job to do so.

Don’t sleep on Chili’s! Great prices for some pretty good food (make sure to check the back of the menu for their 3 for Me combos that are fantastic deals!). The restrooms were clean and service was great (shout-out to Bree!).

Went to Chili’s this past week. Decided to get the burger which was the special. Best decision ever! It was a large, thick, juicy burger that was much better that some “burger places” we have been to. Came with a side of fries AND hot chips with queso. So much food that we didn’t have room for the molten chocolate cake with ice cream (my mistake). Service was great. Will definitely return

Delicious food! The Santa Fe burger and fries with honey mustard is one of my favorite meals. Caleb was my server and made my dine in experience amazing! He was on top of it checking in with all his guests periodically. He also made sure I had everything I needed and that I enjoyed my meal. I can’t wait to have another fantastic experience here, will have to visit again soon!

I am writing because I am extremely disappointed in how my family and I were treated tonight at your establishment.
We had a party of 18 visiting, and one of your servers approached the host stand and stated that he did not want our table. That was very disheartening to witness. Regardless of the reasoning, it felt disrespectful and unwelcoming.
I am not someone who is quick to assume ill intent, but moments like that leave you questioning what the reasoning was — especially when there was no clear explanation provided.
We chose your establishment expecting hospitality and professionalism. Instead, we left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed.
I would appreciate understanding what happened and how situations like this are normally handled.

Overall the quality doesn’t seem to really be up to even that of an average Chili’s. Got food to-go. Ordered the 6 oz sirloin medium well and got something cooked within minutes of turning into a rock. I don’t even know what I’d call this, but it’s beyond even well done.
Thank God for water because this thing is dryer than the desert in a drought. My fork even broke while I was cutting it haha. What the HECK.
