Was getting to a hangry point and wanted Chinese. This is by far the best ribs and pork fried rice combo I have had. Very fast of a wait of 10 mins and friendly staff. When I was ordering and looking for a place the name was like, this better be good being number 1. I can say it is amazing!

I purchased several dishes. The pork fried rice was so salty, I could not eat it and where were the vegetables and pork? The Kung Po chicken was terrible. Salt was all I could taste. The vegetables were soggy, very little chicken, mostly just peanuts. This was by far the worst Kung Po Chicken I have ever eaten! I also ordered the shrimp toast. The shrimp was mushy and the toast burnt. I’ve eaten here a few times and I enjoyed it. Did you hire a new chef or new owner? Awful guys! To top it all off I was sick all night. I will not be back!!!

When I first walked into the place I couldn’t pinpoint the chemically smell. There was plastic hanging across the whole front counter Except for a little spot for you to order and pay. Also another long Piece of plastic hanging blocking off the bathroom hallway. with a sign that said bathroom closed. Against my better judgment I ordered General Tsao’s chicken which came with rice and an egg roll. Within 10 minutes my food was ready to be picked up. The smell that I smelled within the store was also very much so in the food. Not only smell but also The impossible too Understandably explain, other than chemically taste to equal to smell. I will never go back, I have no idea what’s going on in there and I don’t wanna know. I just hope I don’t get a sick

Definitely not the same as it used to be. Used to come here all the time when I was younger but the food is not the same. Everything was cold, pork fried rice had no flavor and was more like instant rice. Sweet and Sour Chicken was over cooked and rock hard. Needless to say you can tell No. 1 is not run by the same people anymore. The nice old couple that used to run this place, it was the greatest and worth traveling for. They should change the name to Used to be Great Chinese.

At most of the Chinese places in the area it doesn’t matter what you order everything tastes the same. Here all the dishes have different flavors and taste the way you would expect. Spicy is nicely spiced. Garlic is garlicky. Portion sizes are generous. We enjoyed everything.

This is a walk up and order restaurant with a good selection of favorite dishes, reasonably priced. I particularly enjoyed the boneless spareribs. The place is spotless, with Formica booths for eating in and a row of chairs if you’re waiting on takeout. The owner is friendly and welcoming. If you eat in, your food is brought to the table. I definitely will go back.
