I ordered takeout for delivery to the HOTEL I’m staying at. The women taking my order decided she wouldn’t take a credit card because I’m at a hotel? What’s that about? So I agreed to pay cash, she then decided I needed to pay a delivery fee, I said ok. The order arrived, no fried noodles for the soup and NO CUTLERY OR PLATES. Remember I’m in a hotel so I have nothing. When I called they advised me they didn’t charge me a delivery fee. What am I supposed to eat with? I’ll never order from them again and I advise others to avoid them also. Plenty of Chinese restaurants all around.
I’m adding this to my review because of their response. 1. You had better not have recorded me on the phone without proper notification as this is against the law. 2. I did NOT REFUSE to pay your delivery fee I asked why there was NO Cutlery/Plate/ Napkin or Fried Noodles with a takeout order being sent to a HOTEL. If anyone was rude it is your person answering the phone/. Please do not lie in order to soften the very POOR service your restaurant has.

The people here are so friendly. It was very close to my house so I walked to pick it up. So affordable. The food was fresh and delicious. A true gem.

The best chinese restaurant in rockaway for sure, I’ve ordered here for almost about a year. My favorite is general tso’s chicken! The service is always nice. Don’t listen to Maui! I always see a young lady at the frontdesk. They don’t have a second lady?? Sometimes its a little boy answering the phone though. We love No.1 !

If i wanted to drink an entire oil bottle i would have done so without the help of this chinese restaurant. When i recieved my food from using a 3rd party app, my food was DOUSED IN GREASE. i took more time trying to drain grease from my food than i did actually eating or enjoying it. Im pretty sure it would have been better if was not doused in grease. As a pregnant woman who just moved into her new apartment same day i recieved food from here, i didnt have time yo cook and thought i can eat something fast and tasty. WRONG! DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DRAIN GREASE FROM YOUR FOOD MORE THAN YOU CAN ACTUALLY ENJOY IT. THANK FOR THE FOOD SAFETY ISSUE AND STARVING ME AND MY BABY!

I live in the neighborhood and always order from here but after today’s strike 3 I’m done.Got a hair in one order-reported it and they denied it. No one in my house has red hair.(Strike 1) They have a new person on the phone who has messed up my order and sent me the wrong food(Strike 2). On this go around it was the same lady from strike 2 but she ended up getting unpleasant with me when I repeated the order back to make sure she got it right. Trying to help and she gets like that? No more thank you!
