There’s one simple reason why I recommend them. I will give them future business. Being late 60s and out with my family for the celebration of lights last weekend. We enjoyed the parade and floats, and as we went to leave, I really needed a restroom. The entire time I was there in downtown Modesto, I thought I need a restroom. We asked three different businesses. They said no. I did not see any port-a potties either. I understand a business saying no. Even Jack in the box, probably leaves them only for customers, but the fact that I was able to use their restroom and nobody turned me away. I will never forget! They have my business in the future. I had walked four blocks looking for a restroom and found theirs. Thank you Jack in the box. I recommend you highly.

What I ordered and What I received. Not sure for the need to SMASH it together. Portion seemed small to me and not like the photo. One way to keep prices down is to make the item smaller. Appearance was lack luster. Bread fell apart. Does that mean its old? I dont know. Food seemed very salty to me, so if you have an issue with that, take note. Staff was nothing special, nothing bad. Drive thru was clean.

I did not get my soda. I was told to park in the front to wait for my food. When I got my food I raced back to work and I realized I didn’t get my soda. It didn’t cross my mind at the time, but I think it should be the restaurants responsibility to give me all my items.

Every time I go in here for a milkshake they tell me that the milkshake machine is being cleaned and I got to be honest it makes me think that they’re just not wanting to make that milkshake. It’s a bummer because sometimes you just need a good milkshake and Jack in the box makes a pretty good Oreo cookie milkshake. I shouldn’t have them but they make me feel so good inside

I order food at this jack in the box for my family and get home most of its right couple things wrong so I drive back to jack and the box after working a 10 hour day and tell them what happen a guy took my order. So I go back tell the guy what happen he seemed very irritated with me at first don’t know why I didn’t make my food wrong they did. And then there some lady name Maria and some body else in the back looking all pissed off and keeps staring at me all crazzy so Unprofessional no one was even talking to her finally the guy remade my food apologized. But whoever that Maria lady is don’t belong in Customer service my experience was the worst and I will be contacting corporate.

I went through the drive thru today, July 28, 2023, around 12 p.m. I ordered the nugget meal, and the employee asked me what size and what to drink – I responded. I then ordered the three taco combo, I then waited for a response. (I don’t like to say everything all at once because this location has asked me to repeat myself in the past, so I’d rather just let them go through their questions like the company requires them to). I waited and waited, and the employee never responded. So I asked if she got the second meal, and she then began to raise her voice at me, telling me, “YES, I’M WAITING FOR YOU TO FINISH TELLING ME WHAT SIZE AND WHAT TO DRINK”! I don’t understand why she felt the need to speak to me that way. Especially when she asked me what size and what to drink for the first meal. Also, if she was waiting on me that long, why didn’t she prompt me sooner? Turns out it was the manager, so there was no point in asking to speak to one, plus I’m not one to be a Karen. I’ve been served by her in the past, and I’ve never had this happen. I can understand having a bad day, but she doesn’t need to take it out on me. I will never be back, and I hope she changes her attitude moving forward with others.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Jack in the Box, marking the second time they’ve failed to get my order right. On both occasions, they forgot to include one of the hashbrowns I ordered. This mistake might seem small, but it’s the repeated nature of the error that’s really frustrating. To make matters worse, trying to reach out to them was futile as they never answered their phone.
I’m extremely upset by this lack of attention to detail and customer service. It’s not just about the missing hashbrown, but also about the principle of getting what you pay for and being heard as a customer. This experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth, and I’ve decided to never visit this particular Jack in the Box again.
I hope they seriously address these issues. It’s a harsh thing to say, but in my frustration, I feel like they deserve some kind of retribution for their repeated mistakes and poor customer service – at least until they manage to get an order as simple as mine right.

It’s an average store. It’s in downtown area and needs to have the parking lot redone. It looks shirt on the outside but the food comes out fine. The property owners get the poor star rating, not the staff forced to work at the place. I’ve never worked there and only been inside a few times. This is just honestly what I saw. Another chain filled with hard workers and an owner unwilling to spend the money to make it a nicer place.
Make sure to double-check the order before you pull forward in the drive thru. They need a new system and they cant hear half of what you say. It makes this crackling sound constantly.
