Food was pretty decent! I enjoyed it, however I had asked for pork fried rice with my 4 orders ($45 worth of food) and instead received fried rice due to a misunderstanding. When I initially asked for pork fried rice, the lady at the desk responded and all I heard was “fried rice” so I repeated “pork”, to which she responded “okay”. Well lo and behold, only friend rice no pork. I called back just to let them know about the mix up. I didn’t ask for anything for free, or money back, was very respectful and informed her I was just letting them know. She starts YELLING at me over the phone telling me I never said that only fried rice. She got very hostile for no reason very quickly. It was my first, and now my last, experience there. It seems they don’t take constructive criticism well. You think they would be nicer to someone who was willing to just up and purchase a large handful of meals at random in 1 sitting, but I suppose they don’t like customers who are ready to spend a good amount ♂️. Just go to China house off Kuser road. Best Chinese I’ve ever had. Get their pork fried dumplings. You’ll thank me later

Extremely horrible experience, something actually told me it would be … so when i ordered it took them 15-20 mins to establish were I live , which I live 5-8 mins from the store …. So when i finally completed that task, there were calling me with the delivery in less then 10 mins ….. this is were things got extremely interesting…… I came out on the porch , with my pajamas, not wanting to walk down to the car , which then the driver literally never engages with me about my food but gives me a blank stare as if I’m supposed to come to the car , in my pajamas and pay for the food as he sits in the car , I then Also advised the driver to bring me the food which he then pulls away …. Never again … btw the food sucks as well I’ve had it before

First time here. Was highly recommended. Ordered sesame chicken and Mongolian beef. I will say the sauces were very good. However, the quality of the meat was not. The sesame chicken was pretty much little balls of fat and grizzle. When you cut them open, it looked disgusting we threw it out. No actual solid pieces of chicken. The Mongolian beef was better, but the beef was also either a cheap cut or a way over cooked. It was very very chewy. One and done.

Went in recently to get broccoli with garlic sauce for my mom. Since when do they give you a large container of extra garlic sauce and charge $5 for it??? I mean, they charged separately for the broccoli that already contained said AND they charge you $5 for garlic sauce that you’ll likely never use again!? I don’t recall asking for extra sauce, certainly that I should have to pay for! I can’t eat the stuff because it’s way too sweet for me. My mom shouldn’t be eating it either but I’m not playing food patrol. Maybe I’ll use it with broccoli I buy from the grocery store… MAYBE. Never again.

Number 1 china is number 1! We had 30 people over for Christmas, ordered a mountain of food and it was ready for pick up in 20 mins. It was also super reasonable. Way cheaper and convenient than grocery shopping and slaving in the kitchen all day. Also, our guests loved all the food and got a kick out of Chinese food on Christmas. Can’t go wrong with this place especially when entertaining!

I have been ordering from Number One China since I moved to Ewing three and a half years ago. The customer service is always friendly and familiar- always knowing me and what I usually order. If I order something different they actually call me to make sure the order was placed correctly. Additionally, the food itself is delicious every time. I’m also always asking for extra things like extra sauce on my meal or extra duck sauce. And they are always agreeable and most importantly consistent.

Absolutely love the food here. As a broke college student with a budget, ordering from here is a great option, as I only do it once a month, as it is for a special occasion. It has my favorite dumplings and the best hot & sour soup I’ve ever had. Would Absolutely recommend and I will keep going here as long as I’m in college.
