Had a craving for halibut and chips place in order to go the fries were OK. The fish was slimy and I’m pretty sure undercooked and not edible on a sidenote they had no forks they were out of stock

This spot is pretty good for the fish and chips. We did the Haddock and Cod. The fish tasted fresh and the thick cut fries were great. It is a little on the pricey end but you get a lot of food. I just wish the tartar sauce was homemade, they give you the packets. It’s worth checking out.

We just had a takeout Halibut Family Meal. Loved it! Nicely packaged so fries stayed crispy. The Halibut was top notch with nice light batter. Cooked to perfection, flaky and not oily. Coleslaw was very good and the Jalapeño poppers were tasty too! There’s plenty of parking and a nice dining room that wasn’t too busy when I was picking up our food.

Ordered from here tonight. The Haddock 2 piece fish and chips with Gravy was amazing!! The fish batter was cooked nice and crispy, the fish nice and tender, the fries were golden and fresh, and the gravy was sooo good! I’d definitely order from here again!! In the pic that’s tartar sauce spread on my fish yum!!!!

Food was ok, I had the Thursday special, 1 piece fish (don’t know what kind as it wasn’t indicated). Fries were undercooked and seemed soggy…and overly salted. Fish batter also too salty, I was hoping for better taste and quality.

My partner ordered through door dash for pick up at 6pm today. Got stuck in terrible traffic. 30 minutes after pick up time door dash called on behalf of them and asked if he was still coming. He told them the situation and he would be at least another 30 minutes. When he got to the restaurant the lovely humans working made us our dinner fresh. The food was amazing and mt 12 year old said their chicken fingers were the best he’s had! Definitely a forever customer and would highly recommend

Calamari was a nice mix of rings and mini squids. Rings weren’t as crispy so you got both styles of calamari in the order. Fish batter was nice and crispy. Really enjoyed my meal and the people working when I went in were so friendly.

Tried Captain Mike’s fish and chips joint today-totally had one of my “out of the blue” cravings and this place hit the spot. I ordered the Haddock-one piece, with fries and I loved it. The piece of fish itself is fresh with a nice crisp to the batter. Around $15.00. The price was average. They also offer a different variety of items on the menu-Onion Rings, poutine, Hamburgers etc etc. I would say the place has more of a take-out vibe to it, but you can choose to eat there if you wish. I will be going back to try more items on the menu. Also the staff were super friendly and honest when answering my questions about the menu. See You soon Captain Mike ⚓️
