Just your very basic Chinese food. Nothing exceptional, nothing terrible, the staff aren’t exactly friendly. The only real saving grace for this place is that it’s convenient and one of the very few Chinese restaurants around. I’ll probably have it again, but I’ll always be looking for a new Chinese restaurant.

I would consider number One Chinese the best in Tuscarawas county for this type of cuisine. Friendly staff! Food is always fresh and delicious. The seating is limited but is never an issue because we always do takeout they serve it at the perfect temperature that I can make it home without the need for reheating. If you haven’t patronized this restaurant you are definitely missing.

I wanted to love this place but I just placed an order and picked up. I got home and realized all of our food was not in the bag. I called in to let them know as I was going to go back and get my food and wanted to let them know ahead of time. Over the phone, the staff member had me check my bag and I recited what part of the order I had at home. She then put me on hold- and I heard staff arguing in the background, she again came on the line again and asked me to check my bag again as if I was lying about not receiving all of my food. I understand I probably should have checked it while I was in the parking lot but I did not have all of my food and they did not offer to make it right. They were very rude. I will never go back.

Horrible for the price I paid. Ordered 2 of sweet and sour chicken only got a small container for 2 people to eat the food was cold had no flavor to it. I will never eat there again it’s a rip off place. So I tired them again giving them the benefit of the doubt. Food was much better bit the girl taking the order apparently can not hear what was ordered properly. Most likely due to the fact she always has ear buds in. She needs to pay attention to what people say. When I called I ordered my first meal and she ask what size I said what size due you have? She said dinner or large I order the dinner then I ordered my nest order and said I want the dinner size also. Then when I went to pick the order up I looked in the bag and notice it was messed up. So I said something and she argued with ne telling me I was wrong. She shouldn’t be taking order if she is that way with people.
