I have been ordering here for years. Always enjoyed the food. Tonight change my mind forever. I placed an order it never showed up. Waited an hour. The gentleman on the phone could not speak enough English to explain where my food was when I asked. He proceeded to hang up on me three times. Then he had the nerve to tell me I never placed an order but yet when I told him what I ordered he said he knew and asked what I wanted. I did asked to speak to somebody else and again he did not understand what I was saying. At that point I I knew I was never getting my food so I was the one who hung up on him and have now change where I will forever order my Chinese food. Never ever again will I give them my business.

They sent food not prepared correctly. When I called the next day to explain the man shouted at me and hung up , this went on 4 times till I finally went there . They said they wouldn’t do the food over or replace the $ . They were as rude as one could possibly be . This was the 1st time I tried this place because my regular place was closed in Sunday’s . If you would polite service from clean people ( the delivery man was filthy ) he was there when I went and was just as filthy as the place and the other person working . I will never eat or order from here again and I am calling the board of health . There is no way the conditions are sanitary and no one speaks English and what I could understand was yelling and disrespectful. 1 at poor customer service that’s about it . I wasted my time and money it will not happen again . Think twice or go in and see for yourself before you order !!!

This place I been order since I move here to East Rutherford some how today. I place order for my food. And they never delivery my food. And they didn’t understand me. I’ll check my card to see if they charge me. If they did I’ll be there tomorrow to talk to the owner of the place. I will make sure I’ll tell everyone that place order from my building. To let them know how they are. Can’t be trust this people. When o call the guy was so nasty and rude. I will never order any food from this place. I’ll make sure to report them all over face book nasty people

Never order from here. We were staying in a hotel 12 minutes from the restaurant, they said it would take an hour. It took 2 and a half hours for our food to arrive and once we got it, we were missing items we ordered. We called back and they could not give us a refund for the missing food they said they FORGOT to include in the delivery bag. Pissed.

Extremely rude on the phone, each and every time. Just called to check on the status of our order that was placed 3 hours ago and was given an attitude and hung up on. Instead of at least an apology i was pretty much told wasn’t his fault. Food is good, delivery guy is as sweet as pie but whoever answers the phone is so unprofessional.

Customer service was abysmal, order wasn’t accurate and they refused to resend it, then complained that I was far away and it wasn’t his fault. Refunded me for one of the two items that weren’t correct. The food I had (what I could eat of it) was pretty bland.

Sub par food for a restaurant that is not fast food at all. Took over an hour for them to deliver food, so I went to their location to pick it up. I was treated rudely by the employee and did not even receive an apology. This will be the last time I’ll be getting food from this place again. Try going half a block away to the other Chinese restaurant in the shopping plaza for better service and food.

Had a bunch of Chinese food from different spots in the area this one is definitely one of the better ones delivery guy is always nice never took more then 30 min to come so i say its pretty fast
