I have been using NJ Gourmet Meal Prep for a couple of months consistently. The meals are healthy, portioned, and delicious! They have a wide variety of options that will meet your nutritional needs. Whenever I have a question, they answer promptly. I highly recommend trying their meals. You will not be disappointed!

I don’t do reviews frequently but Chef Mychal’s meals are too good so I had to hop on here to spread the word. Typically I prefer to cook daily but with my current schedule, I needed to seek other options. Each and every NJ Gourmet meal tastes as if it were just made then and there. He also has so many options and makes macro counting simple with his nutrition labels. Meal prep that tastes like my own cooking(or better)?! Yes please! Do yourself a favor and get some!

I follow this place on social media and I always see them posting about their meals and what they have available at their deli so today I decided before the gym to go try them out. The place was a small cute little spot with parking in the back, which was awesome due to where the location is it’s very busy highway. anyways I went in and I ordered a piña colada smoothie, which was absolutely delicious. I also ordered the strawberry parfait, which was delicious and I got chicken Cesar salad to go and the chicken was absolutely delicious the way they seasoned. It was yummy cooked to perfection. I was really impressed with this place. Definitely will be back. Definitely recommend them and I will be trying their meal preps shout out to the guy who helped me today he was so sweet and help me pick out stuff. Btw I forgot to mention their portions are perfect size! Which makes me very happy because alot of these places you leave hungry.

We’re now on our second week with NJ Gourmet, and I can confidently say this is the best meal delivery service we’ve ever tried. The quality has completely transformed our weekly routine – we haven’t ordered takeout even once this week, which is crazy for us!
The meals are seriously delicious and actually filling – my husband and I are both impressed with how good everything tastes! Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for a meal service that actually delivers on quality!

Pretty disappointing considering that your given tiny portions of a meal that costs $12-$13. There’s no way that I’m getting enough protein from the size of these portions. The service is great, but I feel like I’m not getting my money’s worth with some of the meals. Some meals are a hit or miss with some chicken meals being undercooked. This will probably be the last time I order from here.

We have now ordered from NJ Gourmet 3 times. We initially looked into NJ Gourmet because clear nutritional info is given (which helps me to stick to my dietary goals) and meals come fully prepared (which helps with a busy schedule). We were pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste of the meals. So far, everything has been delicious (my favorites being the Protein Peanut Butter Pancakes and the Carnitas Burrito Bowl). After our vacation, we will definitely be looking into a subscription since we thoroughly enjoy the food. Highly recommend!

We each chose our own lunches and dinners. Everything has been fresh, delicious and satisfying. Home delivery was perfectly timed. I love the labels with the nutrition information.
