Absolutely the best sushi I’ve had. The food is incredibly fresh, flavourful, and beautifully made every single time.
The dragon roll is a masterpiece the flavours are stunning and everything melts together perfectly. The fish tastes so so fresh and clean that you almost forget you’re even eating raw fish.
I’ve been here at least five times, and the quality has always been consistent. I always leave happy.
I’ve tried sushi in some of the poshest restaurants in Manchester, and honestly nothing beats this place. If you love truly fresh and delicious sushi, this is the spot.

Have been to Nishi sushi a few times now and it’s been fantastic every time. The sushi is always fresh and delicious and the chef really passion regarding the food. Really worth a visit for any sushi lovers. I’m a big fan of the spicy tuna and salmon rolls, as well as the seared salmon nigiri and volcano rolls. But everything I’ve tried so far has been amazing. The staff are really friendly too and the place has a nice vibe.

I had a wonderful experience! Though today was takeway. But I tried it from the restaurant too. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Every dish — from the sushi rolls to the hot mains — was clearly made with care and attention to detail.
The ambience was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely kind and attentive throughout our visit.
I particularly enjoyed the salmon nigiri— it was probably the best I’ve had in a long time.

Wow what a hidden gem! The kids wanted Sushi and we love to support locally – so glad we came here! The food was absolutely gorgeous, fresh and so packed full of flavour, the setting is really cute and the kids loved the big curved sofa seating. We had an extremely warm welcome from the staff and they were so helpful adding in a few changes to the orders – really couldn’t have asked for more! Cannot wait to come back x

Visited for the first time this evening… gutted it took so long. The food was delicious and some of the best fish I’ve tasted! Super fresh and amazing quality. The staff are beyond lovely. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu ❤️

Service was top notch, servers tried to satisfy our every request. Food wise the standout was the chicken katsu curry. Sushi was just ok, you could find better and cheaper in the city. Not in a hurry to return but will try it again when everything has settled down and can’t be bothered to travel out.
