I have to say this was a much needed after having surgery today. I didn’t get the gentleman name whonwas serving us, but he offered the most amazing customer experience. I hadn’t eaten since yesterday, and my eyes were bigger than my stomach. I placed an order for a stromboli and after placing the order he asked about our day and let him know I just left from surgery. He said, ohhh, I have just the thing. He asked what types of toppings I like and let me know he would make a mild veggie side to one side and the heavier order for the other side. He was very dad like and really wanted to ensure I ate to help the recovery process. Years ago I worked at an Italian café in Los Angeles that had a very diverse staff. So I asked where he was from, because I couldn’t pin point his accent. He said Arab. I told him about the café I worked at and how they always provided the utmost quality customer experience like himself. He treated us with a beautiful Pistachio Baklava for the road. It was amazing and much needed food therapy and kindess after surgery. Definitely go support this local business!

Pizza was very flavorful and the customer service was top notch. Everything is halal which is a huge plus. The owner was very hospitable and friendly. We also tried pistachio and chocolate gelato which were probably the best we had in Richmond. I would highly recommend trying their gelato. We will be back for more!!

Nino’s. let me start by saying the owner is the nicest guy around. The pepperoni pizza and cheese pizza was fresh and absolutely delicious! The pizza sauce…omg so good. The salad was also delish and served with fresh Parmesan. If you and your family are ever around short pump you should definitely stop by Nino’s Italian!

Best Pizza in the town which is also Halal. In fact, all the food in the menu are halal. We ordered wings and pizza and later took ice cream also. The pizza is really delicious. Not like other typical halal pizza place where sauce or meat would be limited. So cheesy with unique test. The wings also were very flavorful. The owner is very friendly. The ice cream is awesome enough to visit. Definitely going to stop by again when will be nearby for shopping.

The owner is so kind, passionate about food and giving. Check out the gelato from Italy – was the closest to actual taste of pistachio in ice cream I’ve had since Europe. The Greek salad I bought really did taste so fresh. He gave me a free macaron on top and a tub of tzatziki that was the best I’ve ever had – garlic lemon spices. Went back and bought another. Give this place a shot if you’re in the mall

The owner and his staff were wonderful. There was a little bolus of customers at the same time and one of the employees (on his first day, mind you), did a great job juggling multiple roles at the same time. The pizza smelled and looked amazing, and the owner was so generous- gave us some salad and dessert for the wait! Will definitely come back and support this wonderful, hardworking small business!

Best pizza place I have been to in awhile! The environment was so friendly and it felt like family! My kids were SPOILED by the owner beyond belief! The pizza is made fresh and you can get it by the slice. They have desserts too! Baklava and other treats. Please visit if you are in the mall.

I can’t say enough good things about Nino’s Italian Delight! I tried the gluten-free pizza, and it was hands-down incredible—easily one of the best GF crusts I’ve ever had. It’s rare to find a place that nails the texture and flavor like they do.
On top of the amazing food, the service was top-notch. The owner was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home the moment we walked in.
