Ninja Japanese Express has been a must visit for me and my family for as long as I can remember. Every single year that we come out to Fort Smith, this is one of the very first places we stop, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made just right. No matter what we order, it’s consistently delicious. The portions are generous, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve.
Beyond the food, the service is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. It feels like a tradition now, something I look forward to year after year. I can honestly say Ninja Express is my absolute favorite spot in Fort Smith, and I can’t imagine coming through town without stopping here. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth checking out. You won’t regret it!

I had the tonkatsu ramen and it was phenomenal. The flavor was just as good as the presentation. The pork belly was cooked to perfection. I asked them to prepare a soft boiled egg instead of a hard boiled egg.

Genuinely one of my favorite stops when I’m in Fort Smith. The amount of food is well worth the money spent. My only real complaint is that the restaurant is usually a little loud, but this is something that I’m easily able to get past once I have a plate of hibachi rice in front of me.

The cashier was nice and gave great service. Fair prices and good sushi. We all got ramen and it was a pretty good-sized portion. Food was especially delicious today. Conveniently located on Rogers.

First time trying this place, won’t be ordering again! The texture of the Spicy Tuna Roll is NOT good. The consistency is like canned cat food. Definitely not fresh tuna! The Sexy Roll is also not appetizing; all I can taste is this massive amount of cream cheese. The chicken noodles have no flavor and no veggies in them sadly. This place misses the mark – in my opinion.

Has been my favorite place to eat in ft smith for years. But now … WASH YOUR DISHES THOROUGHLY AND CHECK FOR SOAP SCUM!!!! seriously, you are going to make someone really sick. Also, stop being stingy with napkins. A family of 4 needs more than one, especially if there are kids. The fire roll tasted like chemicals. Probably from whatever they use to light the fire on it. The flaming razorback tastes like a brown sugar teriyaki sauce gone bad.
