Ignore the atmosphere rating for now.
This is a place you grab food from and leave since it’s a food truck and I believe they’re gonna move into the building once it’s finished!
There wasn’t any seating so I just ordered a chicken bento and a Thai Milk Tea Boba.
Portions were great
Food tasted great
Probably one of the best bubble teas I’ve had up here!
However, the boba is a little strong on the brown sugar syrup side, compared to other bobas I’ve had but it was delicious either way.
Definitely need to go back to try their taro boba.
Nice to have this place close to Old Town/Orono so we don’t have to drive all the way out to Veazie for Japanese food!
I’ll review their sushi next time I go.

Amazing food, me and my partner got the chicken hibachi. Everything tasted great, I love their fried rice and they have home made yum yum sauce that reminds me of Kobe. My only concern is the prices, they do give you a great portion size that can last 3 meals but for the college students in the area this might be too pricy. Overall I would recommend, it’s the only hibachi in the area that you can grab and go.

We got delivery, so not much to say about the atmosphere, but the food was delicious. Portions were large enough for leftovers. Quality is good. The food was hot and well prepared. The only problem I had was when ordering. It was loud on the phone so it took a few tries to get the order in. I hope they have a website or online order option soon to make that part easier. Definitely worth a visit.

This food is fantastic! I got the chicken bento box while my wife got the shrimp. The food portions are giant and DELICIOUS! My chicken was moist and tender, the veggies were perfectly cooked and the fried rice was awesome! The shrimp was the same! We also got the matcha and mango milk boba teas and those were huge and awesome! Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat good food and get their moneys-worth!

(03 15 24) 3rd time ordering, had it Dashed. Got the spicy tuna roll and an eel roll…. They used way tooooo much rice wine for the rice, tastes quite sour..and the “spicy tuna” was I swear tuna from a can, rolled traditional way and just topped with spicy sauce… First time I’ve ever had it that way from any Japanese restaurant. Really not impressed this time. Quality has gone WAY down. Way way down. Sorry but I will NEVER go back after this.

I was pleasantly impressed with the quality and speed of service…at the time of this review (10/31/23) they are working out of a food truck.
Sushi was very good, fresh tasting, better than Hannaford. Unsure if better than Green Tea. Will try again soon.
Had macha boba, was ok, nothing bad on their part. Good size portion.
Also had the fillet mignon bento box, was prepared well, flavors seemed to be lacking in the meat, veggies were crunchy, cooked but not mushy, besides the zucchini, which is expected.
The rice with it, was REALLY good. I could eat just that and be happy. Lovely flavor tasting, not too sweet or salty, just right.
And it was not oily like others.
Well worth a try.

Food was awesome! Ordered scallop and steak and they threw in a couple shrimp too. Perfect hibachi flavor. Taro boba so yummy. Perfect reward for the end of the week.

Got two Chicken Bento Boxes, and one Mango Milk Tea, requesting they cooked the chicken fully because I’m pregnant and it was PERFECT! The woman on the phone was so sweet and patient with me when I got the card number wrong giving her it and had to call back with the correct number! She had no issues with me doing that and even started cooking before I called back to make sure it was done timely! I’m so excited it was so good, with such kind service and fast delivery! Better than Kobe’s in Bangor like the other review says, and good portion sizes! I can never finish my order, and it’s not expensive! Love it! Forgot to take a picture this time though. lol

I was very impressed with the food I got. It is definitely comparable (maybe better) to Kobe. I ordered the steak and scallop hibachi and it was cooked perfectly! Portions were generous too. Of course there’s no “Hibachi” atmosphere but if you just want great food this is the place to go.

Steak was tender and juicy, rice was well seasoned, and vegetables were crisp but nicely cooked. We got, *drum roll*, the Fillet Mignon Bento. I will be back again to try their tea next.
I do have to say that they could scale back on their portion for the rice by about half. And the razorback roll was so large it fell apart, but the flavors were very good! The California roll was the size I expected the razor back to be. Yes, I’d still pay the same amount of money for less food. Mostly, I feel bad not eating it, but I’m not that hungry. Overall, it was a great deal and tasty food.
Why am I still giving them 5 stars, even with criticism? Because I’m picky and I know it. I started out skeptical and drove by a couple of times not thinking much, until I drove by today and smelled it. I turned around and ordered and then picked some food up at the window. Probably took a whole 6 minutes of my time.
They knocked it out of the park and did it fast. Not only that but their customer service was superb! They’ve obviously got a good handle on things and I hope they become a permanent fixture.
I will definitely come back.

The staff is very friendly and approachable, and the food is incredible with actual flavor. The boba is exceptional—warm with soft, chewy pearls that enhance the taste. I’ve visited two days in a row and plan to return.
