You don’t understand, y’all are seriously missing out. I could not find a place that would serve fresh sushi and have such wonderful customer service. Here they really love to see the joy their food and service brings. We’ve also had their poke bowls before which are also really fresh and amazing. The Vegas roll was to die for, that spicy flavor was my favorite. Please, don’t hesitate about coming here. 10/10!!

Great little sushi and poke bowl restaurant. We ordered the make your own poke bowls in the kids size along with two sushi rolls. The service was great. I think the owner was waiting on us. He was so attentive and kind. Our lunches came with miso soup and finished with hot tea.

I came here on my lunch break and ordered a simple dragon roll. It took almost an hour, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. A man came in after me, dined in, received his food, ate, and finished before I got my order. I did receive an apology, but I was still extremely disappointed once I got back to work and actually saw what I received. After waiting that long, the quality and presentation did not match the time spent waiting. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

The quality and taste of the poke bowl is amazing. Plan to spend a little bit of time, as the sushi chef puts care into preparing the food, but it’s worth the wait. This is the best poke bowl I have had in Colorado, and it ranks in the top 5 I have had (I have had a bunch of poke in California and Hawaii). We have had the spicy tuna, ahi tuna, salmon, spicy crab, crab, and spicy salmon for the fish, all were delicious. The variety of toppings, vegetables, and sauces is plenty. If you dine in, you get miso soup included. We have done dine in and take out. A cute and clean restaurant, with pleasant café music and lots of different drink options.

It was my first time going and I’ll go back often!!! The owners were so kind!! As soon as you walk in, they say hello. I immediately felt like I was at home. The miso soup was delicious! The appetizers I had were good. The shrimp tempura shrimp was amazing. This is my new local spot!! Love it!!

Such a fan of Ninja Bowl! They have amazing and friendly service, delicious food, great portions. We’ve dined in and ordered takeout a bunch. Also, the hot green tea is amazing, which might sound crazy but if you know, you know Most recently we ordered koren spicy pork ramen, a bunch of sushi, and crab rangoons. All of it was beautiful and delish!
