Had hot pot for dinner and was very good, all ingredients for our hot pot were fresh, service was excellent. They can do much better with the decor to bring up to a much more modern vibe as it was a bit dark and old. Ventilation is not that great when you have more than one grill going for the bbq the smells of different things together not as great. There is plenty of parking. The price was not bad for two people(with no drinks)was less than $70 ( not including tip).

I had a great time at this all-you-can-eat hotpot and BBQ spot! The selection of meats, seafood, veggies, and sides was impressive; there’s something for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned hotpot lover or just here for the grilled meats. They also offered a nice variety of dipping sauces and condiments to customize your experience.
One thing I really appreciated was the free drink included with the meal; not something you see often at AYCE places. The pricing was very reasonable for what you get, and the overall value felt well worth it.
Service was excellent too. The hostess was welcoming and attentive throughout the meal, making sure we had everything we needed without hovering.
The only minor downside was that the hotpot soup base felt a bit generic. It wasn’t bad by any means, just lacked the depth or spice you might expect from more specialized broths.
Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 stars. I’d happily come back and recommend it to friends looking for a casual, satisfying hotpot and BBQ experience.

My first time at Nine Spices, I visited on a Saturday evening around 7pm and it was really busy. Luckily, we didn’t have to wait long for a 4 person table. Sally was very accommodating, she explained the menu thoroughly and took great care of us! There’s a great selection of meat & vegetables. I loved the conveyor belt as it was a smaller serving if you wanted to grab extra or try something different. Definitely a more unique experience than other places I’ve tried. One of the best hotpot & bbq spots I’ve tried so far

I had the pleasure of trying KBBQ and all you can eat sushi and it was wonderful. Definitely an 8.5/ 10. I appreciated the service, our waitress was helpful and left us to our meal. It felt very European lol the conveyor belt was a cool feature, even though it seemed more Hotpot and dessert focused. But I loved the meat options for KBBQand everything we had was sooo tasty. The passion roll was delicate and delicious. The waitress couldn’t tell me what kind of hot sake they had, but it was good. I liked the general ambience and vibe.

Amazing hot pot experience. The broth was rich and flavorful, with plenty of options to choose from. The meats were fresh, thinly sliced, and cooked perfectly in the broth, and the vegetables were crisp and high quality. The sauce bar had a great variety, letting you customize everything to your taste. Overall, a fun and satisfying meal that’s perfect for sharing.

This is a very fun and unique experience. You can pick from several all-you-can-eat bundles that start off around $30 per person. Food is placed randomly on a conveyor belt that goes near every table, and you simply grab whatever you want to eat off of it. It is mostly seafood and noodles, but it also had a variety of vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, bean sprouts, baby corn, mushrooms, and lotus root, a few fruits like honeydue and orange, and the occasional desert. All of which you can eat separate or toss in your soup, which you create yourself using the table’s built-in burners.

We walked over after massages across the parking lot, because it was so convenient. Big mistake!
The exterior wasn’t bad, but the interior was something out of nightmares. An old, out-of-date restaurant with a decor that doesn’t look like it was touched since the mid to late eighties.
There was also a strange conveyor belt that snaked around the tables carrying multi-colored bowls of toppings and desserts. It might not have been so bad if they were covered (even with Saran Wrap). It seemed like every person in there was coughing and sneezing and the thought of open bowls of food that have passed tables multiple times was a good idea. Also, some of the vegetables were wilted and dried out and that caused me to wonder just how long they had been on this never ending trip around the restaurant:
Secondly, the gentleman n the booth behind ours (his chair and my chair shared a back), clearly had some mental disabilities. I’m not accusing the young man, but he Yelled obscenities, sung his favorite tv theme songs and cheered for the Detroit Lions the entire time we were there.
The restaurant is huge, I still to this day cannot figure out why the host sat us right next to him. Not only was it hard to hear each other, but having someone inches behind you have an episode is clearly not conducive to a pleasant dining experience.
Lastly, the food wasn’t great. The sushi was ok, but very banal. Not bad, not good, but it just…was.
The hot pot experience was even worse. The bases for hot pots were terrible. I didn’t taste any added seasonings or ingredients. It was like someone poured bone broth out of a carton into a bowl, heated it up and gave it to our server to bring to our table.
Usually, I give restaurants a second chance…just in case I caught them on a bad night, but this place won’t get another shot from me ever again. I had high hopes for Nine Spices, but it was a total letdown.

I got the Hot Pot, kimchi base soup broth. It was packed with flavor. You can ask for whatever you want in it, or choose from the conveyor belt. It was delicious. The only reason I didn’t give five stars for atmosphere was because as soon as I walked in, there was soooo much smoke from everyone doing their own BBQ, that it made it very difficult to breathe. I almost left because of how much smoke there was. I’m glad I stayed and got a table near the exit. I think it would help to have better ventilation in restaurants like these. if you have any sensitive lung condition, it may be challenging for you.
