We entered the restaurant and the tables had the old school crowns on them, definitely a welcomed throwback! I haven’t seen that for years!!! The families all had their paper crowns on and we’re enjoying their time together. Awesome atmosphere (100 STARS!!!)
There was an error in the order, they promptly corrected the issue with exceptional customer service and smiles, something else you don’t see a lot of around Orlando!
Food was fresh, didn’t take too long to cook, and they brought out the food to our family.
Special shout out to Rebecca for being so professional through it all.
Keep up the good work guys!

Unlike many other Burger King locations, this Burger King was very clean. Rebecca was amazing with customer service and making sure we had everything that we needed. There also was another female employee at the front (I can’t remember her name) that was super sweet. Definitely would go back to this location when in the area.

I honestly hadn’t been to Burger King in years. For whatever reason, it just fell off our radar. But today my wife and I decided to give it another shot — and wow, I’m glad we did.
This was hands down the best fast-food burger I’ve had in years. From the moment I opened the box, I could tell it was made with care. The presentation was on point — everything stacked perfectly, fresh toppings, and the bun looked soft and toasted just right.
But the flavor? That’s what really surprised me. The patty was juicy, the flame-grilled taste actually came through, and every bite was balanced and satisfying. It didn’t taste rushed or sloppy like fast food sometimes can — it tasted fresh and intentional.
If you haven’t been to Burger King in a while like we hadn’t, it might be worth giving them another try. Today’s experience definitely earned them a spot back in our rotation.

This BK is the best, legit. Food is always hot & fresh!! This location is night & day from before the remodel. 10/10. We now eat here regularly & love it! Rebecca is awesome – excellent service, so friendly & welcoming. Always a pleasure & makes for an enjoyable dine-in experience. She crowned me queen!!

After the remodel …. The foood was amazing!!! Went late at night, everything was fresh. Rebecca was making sure everything was coming out on time & holding her team accountable to the standard. Will be coming back and swapping Mac Donald’s out of this Bk! Very impressed.

I have to say the level of customer service has made a complete 180 degree turn. Pam at the window was super nice and helpful. Even the person who answered the drive through was very well mannered. Great to see customer service is focused on again!

Shoutout to the crew at this Burger King, especially Becky. She took care of us super late at night and even came up with a solution when the drink we wanted was sold out. We ended up enjoying it just as much. She was genuinely a lovely person, and the service was immaculate. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated this well at any other establishment. Big shoutout again to you guys!

Service was a bit slow but this could be the time of night. I ordered ahead and arrived 12 mins later. Sat in the drive through for 15 mins. Gave up went inside and waited another 10 mins to get food that had clearly been sitting there because fries were not fresh. Overall, not bad for a Friday night but could’ve been better.
