The food is super fresh and tasty! The avocado taco is so good. Love the salsas. I can see why others may say the food is bland, but I don’t see it as a problem for this restaurant. Just different branding in my opinion and I think it does a good job.
The only thing I would change is having self-serve water available for customers, instead of bottled as the only option, but I can still see how this fits into their style as well so it’s not a huge deal.

The price and taste are good overall, but there are a few issues with the food. The tortilla wasn’t fully cooked, and the tamale shell was much too thick. I also tried the chicken taco, and while the flavor was decent, the meat was a bit dry.

Loved everything—especially the seafood. Super fresh, great quality, and packed with flavor. Definitely a must-visit for anyone craving good Mexican food done right

Exceptionally good!! Super tasty and fresh. Guacamole and salsa were also fabulous. I got the chicken sope (my favorite anywhere I can order it) and it was extremely good. The dining room is clean but small so I hope they do well enough to expand because they are definitely A LOT better than the other two “Mexican” restaurants in downtown Los Gatos!!

The food all looks SO fresh and tastes amazing. Clean, hygienic environment with 5 indoor tables, perfect for a quick meal or takeout. Guacamole is to die for. They even have gluten free tortillas (in addition to flour, spinach, whole wheat and corn tortillas). Fresh, healthy salads on addition to the usual fare. The grilled veggies are fresh and perfectly prepared, not soggy or oily. Perfect taqueria! Worth checking out this new hidden gem in Los Gatos!

Looks like a new spot, may have just opened. Food was ok, might come back and get other meats. Got an asada burrito – kinda interesting they let you pick the contents of the burrito – kind of reminded me of chipotle with the options
I also got an Al pastor taco to try
Might be an interesting place to check out if your in the area and in a hurry.

I had lunch here and tried the chicken and birria street tacos with tomatillo sauce and they were amazing.

Food is fresh and reasonably priced. The chorizo is pretty well seasoned. The other options can be a tad bland, but the spicy salsa does a really good job to compensate for that. The restaurant is clean and the staff are efficient and kind. Horchata is a tad overpriced, but it’s not a huge deal. Highly recommended coming here if you want some quick Mexican food.

Had to throw almost everything away. Got a burrito, sope, guacamole/chips and 2 churros. Food was super bland and gross to eat. The burrito was cold in the middle, which means it was reheated and not freshly made, the $8 guac was a small takeout cup with a bag of stale chips. It tasted watery and like unripe avacodos. The chicken on the sope had no seasoning and the beans tasted like they were from a can. The churros were ok, but it’s sugar and fried dough so you can’t really mess that up. We spent $50, total waste of money. Should have known better when I saw the shrimp tacos were $9 for one taco

Great atmosphere, very clean and nice, but the food is lacking…something. It’s a little bland. Definitely would get a lot of praise from people who haven’t had a lot of Mexican food before or don’t like much spice. As someone who has tried many burritos around the Bay Area, this place falls short on quality
