Dined In for Dinner time around November, small restaurant but very aesthetically comfortable and chic inside. The food was delicious. My partner ordered the Duck with Pad Thaj and I ordered the Pad See Ew with a side of Jasmine rice. Tastes good, good portions and affordable pricing. Friendly staff. I typically order from my local Thai place, just 3 mins away driving, but today I wanted to order out from Nimman Thai. Will definitely continue to stop on by.

Went here on Christmas Day and it was excellent! The duck loves rice dish was delicious and we loved the massaman curry. I’ve gone since to get a lunch special and thoroughly enjoyed that as well. Food is amazing, some of the best Thai I’ve had in NJ!

Great restaurant with a limited capacity. Interior is clean & well designed with no smell. Great taste & quick service …no high chairs for babies. it’s on the ground floor, therefore wheelchair accessible. Parking is on the street for a fee (Sunday is free).

Thai food is my favorite cuisines and this place is the definition of a hidden gem. It’s a small cozy restaurant, and they are cooking up real Thai flavors. Everything was phenomenal! I appreciate even though they have menu items catered to the western palette, the real thai dishes are still rich with all the traditional flavors. You can taste the quality! Please support their small business!!

Cozy restaurant, delicious food and amazing, warm, friendly, service. Beautiful interiors! They accommodate vegans, even suggesting dishes without fish sauce. BYOB. So happy we came across this restaurant. We’ll be coming back many more times.

My husband, our seven-year-old son, and I visited Nimman Thai Eatery, and we absolutely loved both the food and the service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly gentleman with a bright smile and a genuinely cheerful attitude. His warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a wonderful dining experience.
One small but important detail we appreciated was that our son was allowed to drink from his own water bottle without any issue. As former restaurant owners ourselves, we know how important it is to make guests feel comfortable, and Nimman Thai definitely got that right.
The restaurant décor was lovely—thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the space. We loved the use of mirrors, which created a sense of openness, and the Buddhist elements on the walls added a peaceful, elegant vibe. The golden-painted temple designs on the black canvas were especially striking. The chairs and booth seating were very comfortable, and considering the small space, they did a fantastic job with the layout. Bravo to the design team!
Now, on to the food—everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. I even took photos so I could share them later! We mostly went with our server’s suggestions, which featured signature and popular dishes from Thailand.
For appetizers, we ordered the Chicken Satay and Chicken Wings. For our main courses, we had the Nimman Noodle Curry (Khao Soi)—a standout signature dish—along with Beef Salad, Drunken Noodles with Shrimp, and Pad Num Mun Hoy with Beef.
Each dish was clearly made with care and love. The flavors were rich and comforting, like a home-cooked meal made from the heart.
Although we didn’t have room for dessert this time, we’re already planning to return—and next time, we’ll definitely be trying the banana sticky rice and mango sticky rice. We can’t wait to come back and do an updated review!

Valentine’s Day was well spent at this cozy establishment 🙂
Our server couldn’t have been any sweeter and upbeat. She was truly the star of the show as she was the only person accommodating the whole dining room.
The food was intentional, offering balanced flavors in each bite. The papaya salad was light and refreshing offering a nice balance to the savory northern Thai sausages. Let me just say that we found our new favorite sausages. We just kept thinking about how delicious they would taste with a bowl of white rice and scrambled eggs for breakfast the next morning.
The duck curry is hands down the best dish. It’s the type of dish that you savor every bite to. Order it and thank me later

I just did my Uber eats order. I called him for some peanut sauce and they were being very cheap. They did not even give me a small free one that most Thai stores usually give. I am very upset also because I opened the food and there is straight up here in my food there is black hair in my food… Very, very upset I hope this review stays up forever! Merry Christmas this was almost a $55 meal plus everything else on top of that for Uber eats.. Disgusting also, it doesn’t even taste good

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nimman Thai Eatery in Nutley, NJ, and it was an experience to remember. The restaurant has a beautifully decorated interior that creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the food presentation was just as impressive. The flavors were an authentic yet modern take on Thai cuisine—simply delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and full of smiles, making the visit even more enjoyable. If I find myself in NJ again, I’ll definitely be back to Nimman Thai Eatery. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for authentic Thai food, look no further. Every fried dish is crispy, tasty, and, most importantly, not oily. You can choose the level of heat. I ordered duck love rice, and I was in love, too. The duck was tender! Drinks? 10/10.
For dessert, we had the mango sticky rice. It’s a different style. It’s still soft even not drenched in coconut sauce, and we love it because it’s not too sweet. We loved the mangoes because they were lovely, tasted good, and reminded us of the Philippine mangoes.
The service was terrific. Everyone was smiling and approachable. I can’t wait to be back!
