Worth the 2 hour wait! (Reserved a spot ahead of time on their online waitlist). I recommend getting the $5 upgrade. We only ate from the $5 upgrade menu and a bit from the bar. The staff were very friendly and told us everything we needed to know. They changed the grill, check in on us, and was very quick with our requests. Loved the small details such as having pink salt and freshly crack black peppers at the table. The cuts of meats had beautiful marbling and was consistent with each orders we made. Everything melted in my mouth and was perfectly seasoned. They had a great variety of dipping sauces and sides. This place is a gem that I will bring all my family and friends. Only thing they need is something to grease the vegetables. They got a bit too dry on the grill. The shop is clean sauces are peanut free!

Favorite cuts:
Beef tongue, short ribs, duck, and waygu cubes

Tips and Tricks:

Make your own fruit drink with the sides: lemon sauce, water, the pineapple juice/syrup, and mash watermelon optional: add jalapeno for a kick of spice

Dip your meat in the curry dish for a unique curry flavor

Want to acknowledge our server, Derrick who greeted us cheerfully, was there for our every need and was very patient with my elderly Mom (she’s slow). We love coming here for the AYCE meat!! Sides, sauces and dessert are self serve. Price is reasonable for what you get. We order the best meat and the buffet price is the same as ordering an expensive steak at other restaurants! So worth it to come here! Great food and great service!

Terrible customer service & policy! Decent food compared to price. Positive reviews were from long time ago, not recently.

One of the few rare times that I have to give a bad review. I came in eating with my family as a group of 5 and an infant. The customer service was not good from the beginning. We were asked to sit in the corner closed to the kitchen hallway, which was chiller due to the pathway, and because we have a kid so we asked if we could switch a table. The waitress who was assigned to our table refused with the reason that our stroller would block other customers, even though we came in super early at the opening time so there was barely anyone there and all tables were clear. We had to asked twice, but the waitress rejected both with the same reason and without any further consideration that we have a kid and the table space was very cold. Another waiter, her manager I suppose, came in and helped us choose another table. But in just 5 minutes, we were asked again by the same waitress to bring the stroller to the front desk to avoid blocking the hallway, while they didn’t promise to take any responsibility if our belongings could be lost. This whole thing was ridiculous because I noticed 30 minutes later they used the exact spot to put another cart and left it there until we left, and no customer had any issue walking past it. We were planning to leave then the same waiter came in told us we could leave it there, and served our table instead.

We picked the AYCE option, and there was no information from the menu regarding the time limit. We asked the waiter and got told that “you have 90 minutes for your table”. However, when we had 20 minutes left, the waiter came in and told us to order our last call. We were surprised because we didn’t expect 90 minutes to be the seating time, which meant we even had to leave table when the time was up. There was no reservation warning, nor was the restaurant full of table by that time. We had to negotiate with the restaurant to have exactly 10 minutes to finish our order. This is very terrible customer service experience.

The food was decent and not very impressive, which was arguably the only good thing from this experience. I would recommend the beef tongue, finger meat (it was well marinated and juicy), and ribeye. For the AYCE price, however, this was quite a small selection of choice (6 for beef, 2 for pork, 1 for chicken, 1 squid, 1 shrimp, and japanese jam which we didn’t order). The potion of each serving call was small, especially the shrimp and squid. That and we had to grill everything ourselves, resulting in our eating time were short, rushing, and extremely unpleasant.

We considered going to this place due to high rating and its popularity on social media. But not when we check again, most of its positive feedback was from before the rebranding, and recent reviews share the same experience. I would not consider going back to this again, and definitely not recommend friends this place.

We went with the Regular AYCE BBQ ($35.95). We went in the late dinner on a Friday and it wasn’t busy at all. This place has a good selection of meats! To get your money’s worth, my recommendation is to order all the meat you can eat to start with and leave out the veggies, appetizers, etc. to the end – you may not even want any of it by the time you’re done with their meat selection. Also try their ice cream machine for dessert. Overall it’s a great place to dine at and the staff are very friendly. There’s plenty of parking on-site. Will definitely be back!

Niku Feast is a solid spot for all-you-can-eat BBQ at $35.95, and for just $5 more, you get access to premium meats—totally worth the upgrade. The meat is fresh and tasty, and everything comes out super fast.
You get 90 minutes from when you sit down, and the staff is friendly and on top of things. The vibe is clean, chill, and there’s even a salad and fruit bar if you want something lighter with your meat.
Great deal, great food—definitely a go-to for a satisfying BBQ feast.

I’m glad that we were able to get a reservation the same day to check this place out. The interior is spacious and has a modern vibe. You have an option of the regular all you can eat or can add an extra $5 for additional premium meats. We went for the premium selection and were glad that we did. The quality of meat was good, especially for the price that was charged. I also liked that they have a station where you can get your sides, some soup/curry, and sauces. They also have a soft serve machine (that works). The service is pretty quick and attentive. We didn’t feel like we were waiting for food to be brought out. Overall, it was a great experience.

Good food for a great price. Got the upgrade. Didn’t care for the brisket too much, but the wagyu cubes and toro were great.

Is it the best quality of meat? Not exactly. But is it the best quality of meat for the bang of your buck? YES. $40/person for the wagyu option, and the sides were pretty good (and there’s a self serve ice cream machine as well).

Service was very good. Shout out to Derrick! Great server! My bf has a gluten allergy, so we’re unable to try the wagyu cubes (which is marinated with soy sauce, I assume). But Derrick was able snag a couple of unmarinated portions for us, which we were very thankful for. Also the hostess (girl with black/fuschia hair) was so nice !!

My boyfriend and I came in on the second opening night of their whole rebranding (now known as chubby club/wagyu factory). lol. The meats were good and tasty! Gonna be honest, even though they included more selection/options and sides, we just really missed how it was before (bbq all you can eat) like the wagyu cubes, wagyu toro, finger meats. Some sauces and sides were completely swapped out (like the chopped green onion sesame sauce) and they didn’t have any Himalayan salt or black pepper. 🙁 but still a good place to eat for a fun interactive dinner! Was totally diggin the playlist of edm music and positive vibes from the friendly staff. Kudos to Wyatt, Edward and Eric as they were super attentive and helpful. Reasonably priced for all you can eat. Definitely recommend!
