Honestly for breakfast in the Hudson area it would be be impossible in my opinion to beat Niko’s. It’s usually crowded but I’ve never had to wait for a seat. It’s not fast like McDonald’s but it’s well worth the wait for a perfectly prepared omelet that is constantly fantastic every time I dine there. They’re fantastic about keeping your coffee mug topped off. I’d say it’s definitely an old school diner experience.
The restrooms btw are hospital clean.. totally unexpected and a definite plus when needed!
The price is more than fair, it’s utterly fantastic. See the pics I added today 11/5/25

I have no schedule so it’s nice having a quality diner open at all hours of the day. I’ve only been once so far but the food was very good and everyone was super friendly. Also, I love the atmosphere. I look forward to exploring the menu further.

Delicious greek food. The lady at the bakery recommended this place to us and it did not disappoint the gyro was the best. Friendly staff too. Only got a picture of the bread but it was so well seasoned!

The Server was really Sweet and Cute so no issues there, I ordered a Greek salad with gyro meat, there was two small paper thin pieces of gyro meat on the salad however the salad looked really good, Until I got to the Potato Salad part it was full of Mayonnaise, absolutely disgusting, there was so much Mayonnaise on the salad that there is nobody that could eat this salad! When I paid the check,The server totally agreed and took off $2 dollars. I told her she didn’t have to and she acted like she was upset with the kitchen, however who knows. 25% of my salad was Mayonnaise totally disgusting and dissatisfied and disappointing, that salad had so much potential and it ended up gross. My first and last time there. Take care!

I love Niko’s! They have a great assortment of dishes. The staff is very personable. The food portion sizes are enough for 2 meals.
I wish they had unsweetened desserts and served breakfast all day.

This is really a 5-star dinner. Wait staff is excellent.
I ordered liver and onions, wife ordered chopped sirloin. Both were served with lots of caramelized onion and mashed potatoes. Two thin slices of liver cooked just right, and the caramelized onions, Wow!
Her chopped sirloin was cooked medium, as ordered. She said it was very good.
Each came with a choice of soup or salad. We chose the salad.
So, will we be back? You bet!
