Burger king is underrated in general. Amazing deals, good flame grilled burgers, good food. Much better than McDonald’s for sure. The flame grilled taste is just too good to pass on, don’t let the past & perspective influence the decison now, because it’s so good now.

This place is very unprofessional, and do not try to call them on it, they will NOT pick up the phone. Couldn’t go back today, but when I can I want a full refund, ALL of my food was hard as a rock and it’s early in the Morning. Like c’mon, do better talk about a bad start to a day.

Just left there. Got a Royal crispy chicken sandwich and I took one bite and immediately realized that the meat was not done. Infant small tomato, drowned in sauce. I cannot stand when my food is just thrown together! I barely and rarely eat Burger King and this is why. All my experiences with this restaurant for the past year have been very subpar. This sandwich doesn’t taste good whatsoever. It also smells bad. I put it back in the bag for disposal right after I took the one bite. They didn’t even give me a receipt.

I like the staff and their attitude so much better than the one that’s only a mile away from my home. I went in during lunch and they acknowledged that they would get to me ASAP even though I saw that the lines were already long. Also for a lunch rush the restaurant was clean the dining area and restroom. Thanks guy keep it up.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. The young lady working the counter was scratching her head and then went straight to prepping food without washing her hands, which was extremely unsanitary and unacceptable.
When I received my food, it was poorly cooked. I asked if it could be remade, and the cook or manager — a slim African American man — threw his hands up and said, *“Damn, I don’t feel like making nothing else.”* That response alone shows a complete lack of professionalism.
I then asked for a refund, and the money was handed back to me aggressively, as if I had done something wrong for expecting basic service and hygiene.
This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Disrespectful staff, poor hygiene, and zero accountability. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.

First the drive thru was slower than a toddler trying to run a marathon. When I did make it to the window, just someone screaming go ahead. Got my chicken sandwich and it was cold, old, and just wasn’t good. Bet this was the ice cold Dr.Pepper. If your not really hungry and have $10 to waste, stop by this location for a bad experience

Nice smiles good employees, i think due to there nice attitude i was ok with them being 30 minutes behind on my burger , I think good customer service makes up for any short comings that may happen.

Don’t go here. Ordered/paid for a Double whopper, gave me a single, again. The fiery fish was inedible. Supposed to be no lettuce but wasn’t. Looked nothing like the picture.
