Niki’s Pizza in Vero Beach absolutely knocked it out of the park. Tucked away just off US-1, this little hole-in-the-wall delivers what might be the best pizza in Vero. The crust had that perfect balance crispy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside with just the right amount of char. The sauce was rich and flavorful without overpowering the cheese, and everything tasted fresh and made with care.
And the garlic knots? Unreal. Buttery, perfectly baked, generously seasoned, and finished with just the right hit of parmesan and herbs. Soft in the center, lightly crisp on the outside exactly how they should be.
Places like this are why local spots matter. No frills, no gimmicks just phenomenal pizza done right and excellent service to match. If you’re anywhere near Vero Beach and craving seriously good pizza, Niki’s is the move. We’ll absolutely be back.

We visited Niki’s on a random Wednesday for lunch and while the ambiance and service were top notch, the pizza itself was okay. Coming from NJ NYC area we’re a bit biased to a classic slice but the pizza here lacked some of the flavor/texture I was looking for. Nevertheless, I did like the spot and in a jam I’d return but with more options I might try something different.

We dined in and only several tables but they were comfortably set up nicely and a view of the TV for any games. The place is new and clean. The service was excellent. You sat where you wanted and they were quick to get your drinks and order. You get a jumbo plastic cup to take out. I was amazed on how excellent the service was. The meatballs were good and the sauce was above average. The pizza had a nice crunch and not floppy. Only complaint we had lots of bubbles on the pie. I thought the pizza was better than at Caps. I would recommend a visit.

What’s there not to like about Niki’s Pizza?? I couldn’t tell you if I tried. My fiance and I are big pizza connoisseurs and even bigger foodies. I called for a well done pepperoni pizza and not got just that. I got one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in my life. The sauce is amazing, the cheese has that orange hue from the grease and the taste is completely unique.
We recently just moved to Vero and I can say for sure, this is our go to pizza place as we do not eat franchised pizza.
Keep up the great work Niki’s and thanks for the amazing service and last but not least, an amazing pizza cooked just how you want it every time!!

Delicious food and quick pick up service. We had a large cheese/pepperoni pizza, side of meatballs, and garlic knots. Sauce had great flavor, knots were seasoned and the meatballs had the perfect balance. Can’t wait to enjoy another meal at Niki’s.

Loved the whole experience! I am gluten free so was so happy to enjoy the wonderful spinach based pizza called “The Popeye” on gluten free cauliflower crust. The house salad was excellent, balsamic dressing was wonderful. My kids got the regular pizza and loved it! The atmosphere is fun and staff was amazing!! Thank you Niki & Jimbo, love the new place!! Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️

Top notch pizza from a self described “pizza snob”. We usually get “the butcher”, a meat lovers pizza. The crust quality and flavor sets them apart. I’m trying their other dishes next time, can’t wait.

The most fantastic pizza I’ve had in a while. The crust, the sauce, the cheese…. Mama Mia. Been looking for a great pizza place and this is it. Nicky came around to make sure everyone was happy and remembered our names on the way out. Great Italian menu besides pizza (my husband also got the chicken Parm which came with spaghetti, (again, the sauce ❤️)a salad, and garlic knots.) and the cannoli dessert was as good as Calandras in Newark NJ. Thank you Niki’s Pizza for a fabulous meal!! The meatballs melted in my mouth & the sauce is delicious! Also got the Popeye pizza!! WOW!! One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. I loved sitting at the counter & enjoying the atmosphere! The staff is super friendly! They have only been open a week but this might become my new hangout! ❤️❤️ I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ran into (one of) my grade school crushes when I went to pick up my pie at Niki’s this last September. How agog I was to have run into Nicole herself! Reuniting after thirty plus years was as incredible as the pie we had ordered, The Fresco- a pizza with red sauce finished with balsamic glaze. The crust was perfect and had just the right amount of cheese and sauce. As for the cheese- I could actually taste it! Unlike other pizza shops that use tasteless cheese. This is my go-to, and should be yours too! I had great taste in fifth grade and I have great taste now. Check it out!!
