On my first trip of the year, on the night I landed, I saw the red lights of Night Ramen. I knew I couldn’t leave without eating here at least once.
Being that my long distance girlfriend wasn’t able to come with me because of a work conflict, I was nervous going in as it was my first time dining by myself.
I came in at 7pm on a Tuesday and there was no wait as it wasn’t too busy.
I was swiftly greeted by Riley and he told me all about how the food was made from scratch. I chose to sit a table by myself instead of the bar.
The food was great. The pan-fried pork dumplings with the chili sauce where presented so well and had the perfect amount of crispiness. I ordered the Tokyo Shoyu Ramen and loved that there were about 2-3 parge slices of pork. The noodles were great and were handmade for sure.
I planned a quick bite, but the music and ambience had me taking my time. With it being my first time eating alone, I’m grateful that Riley was very attentive throughout my meal.
Unforgettable experience, tasty food, great vibe, and amazing service. Can’t wait to take my partner next time!!!

Night Ramen excels when it comes to atmosphere. If you could eat vibes, you’d leave full. The space is stylish, cozy, and easily one of the coolest dinner settings in town. Great for dates, celebrations, and taking visitors.
We had the crab rangoons, deviled eggs, and the spicy chicken shio ramen. The menu is creative and our server was fantastic — super friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to walk us through the offerings. You can tell they care, especially for a spot that’s only been open about a year.
That said, I can name at least three I’d choose over Night Ramen for flavor and value. The ramen here wasn’t quite as bold or traditional as I’d expect for the price.
Go in for ambiance, service, and a cool dining experience — and on those fronts, Night Ramen shines ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Night Ramen is such a great addition to the Colorado Springs downtown. Their vibe is chic and trendy with a great Japanese theme flowing through their menu and decor.

This place is amazing. I have been twice and have gotten the Spicy Pork Miso both times. It has been consistent both times and has a perfect amount of spice. I also tried their seasonal drinks: the Noggin’ on Heavens Door and the Sleigh Girl which were good. I would say their classic cocktails are better. The service is always excellent. The design is awesome. From the lanterns on the ceiling to the cat theme, I would recommend for any date night or special get together with friends. 8.7

I feel I was late dining here and I was very surprised. The first thing you notice is the decor and the atmosphere, which felt exotic, unlike what I’d expect in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. The wait staff were professional, friendly and attentive but not intrusive and the food… Yes, the food! I was only able to try one appetizer, Rangoon, which was delicious. I ordered one of a few ramen selections, spicy pork, and a few bites of pork belly, all of which exceeded expectations. Finally, the featured cocktails blended classics with modern, Asian inspired twists that complimented a delightful dining experience.

We went to Night Ramen for a spontaneous date night and it was a fabulous experience, thanks in part to our attentive, energetic, and personable bartenders, Senai and Dom. We practically relied on them for every food recommendation and they did NOT miss! The pork dumplings and ramen were fantastic and the service was even better. We highly recommend Night Ramen! You won’t regret it!

We really wanted to like this place but unfortunately the food was terrible. I’m not sure how this place has gotten such high ratings. We ordered the mushroom fries, sticky ribs, green beans, and the Tokyo shoyu ramen. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the mushroom fries and was very excited. However, they were so deep fried that they no longer tasted like mushrooms and only tasted like crispy flour bits and were very heavy paired with the cream sauce provided. We only ate two and any more made us feel a bit sick. The sticky ribs and the green beans were extremely salty. They were borderline unedible. The green beans were put in a pool of soy sauce and oyster sauce. The sticky ribs came with three ribs. Two of them were cooked well and fell off the bone but one of them was so dry, it was inedible and had the texture of jerky. At this point, after eating the appetizers, we didn’t have much hope for the rest of the menu. The Tokyo shoyu ramen was the best dish we had but it was still a little salty and heavy compared to other ramen places that we’ve gone to. The noodles were nice but the flavors were mediocre. I would not recommend this place as there are so many other ramen places in town. Maybe it was a fluke night but I hope their kitchen figures it out. On the bright side, the service was great and welcoming.

went to this place with my partner, and the ladyhostess asks where we wanted to be seated , which to my partner stated it doesnt matter if its bar or table. which is understandable when she asks but she made a face instead. additionally,
you feel rushed eating as well as they asked you all the time if we are done and if you did say yes, grabbed the plates in no time .
