Night & Day Coffee Shop in Mansfield, PA is the kind of small-town spot that keeps you rooting for the locals. The staff was friendly and welcoming — the kind of folks who make you feel like you’ve wandered into someone’s living room rather than a sterile corporate chain. Their attitude alone goes a long way.
I ordered the turkey wrap, which… well, let’s just say it looked a bit like a children’s portion that got lost on its way to summer camp. It was tiny, and the side of potato chips consisted of the very last crumbs from the bag. Honestly, I wouldn’t have served chips that small in my own restaurant. But hey — no place is perfect, and I appreciate the effort.
The atmosphere had its own unique flair thanks to a squadron of rather large kamikaze flies buzzing around the dining area. When I mentioned it, the counter guy did attempt to wrangle them with an ancient flyswatter, and I give him full points for spirit if not efficiency.
Here’s the thing, though: imperfections aside, this place has heart. It’s not another corporate poison-pushing double-arches clone pretending to be Americana — it’s real. The view is good, the vibe is genuine, and the people who work here are trying.
And that matters.
I’ll definitely be back, and I’m happy to cheer them on as they keep getting better. Small towns are built on places like this.

Colorful coffee shop with many delicious flavors to choose from. We’ve driven by the town many times, but never visited. On a recent trip, we were in need of coffee and discovered this place. It’s cute inside and they offer some fun flavors. We’ll definitely stop by again.

Great down home coffee (breakfast-lunch) stop. Awesome quirky decor. Friendly service. Great coffee and sandwiches. Served us well the other day and we came back again before leaving the area. This shop is a coffee oasis in Tioga County. So glad to have found them. Had a terrific Americano at an unbelievable price. Great service and even better vibes. Will be back before I leave and whenever I am in town.

Rolled the dice and went with The Cora on the sourdough bred. This is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Not your normal sandwich but I promise the flavors won’t let you down.

Fun place, great food and vibe! Personal one on one service with a great variety. Had such an enjoyable meal. The chicken pesto I had was delicious, but the bagel chips were nothing special. My wife had a chicken salad, which she enjoyed but the chicken portion was low. There were a couple of seats outside to people watch if that your thing.
