Not honest people. Be aware of this place when ordering food.
Then when problem is pointed out nicely and respectfully they become aggressive.
I have reviewed hundreds of places, and most of my reviews are 4 to 5 stars… so for me to do this, the vibe, experienced and food of this place must have been truly horrible.

Was directed to eat here by coworkers. Ordered a chicken burrito. Packed with chicken and veggies. Textures were good. Red salsa was a dark chipotle style and very good. Green salsa was good and almost sweet but still had some heat. I used all of both. Service was fast. Guy at the counter was super nice.

We were rolling through Pendleton and looked online for a place to eat. Found Nico’s Tacos food truck and read the positive reviews. Asked the salesman at Pendleton Wool, and he gushed about Nico’s! We were sold. Believe the hype! Wife had a pork tostada, son had a chicken quesadilla, I had a Taco plate with lengua, pork, and steak. Neither my wife nor son could finish. I pushed through my meal. All was delicious, and lengua was cooked perfectly! Green sauce is amazing; red sauce is definitely hot (too hot for us!). Guys were friendly. Eating area was decent enough and comfortable, but nothing fancy. I would highly recommend! If you found this review helpful or informative, please give me a “like!”

I ordered a chicken burrito. Service was friendly and fast. There is some nice shaded seating outdoors. Nico’s is within walking distance of my primary work location. The chicken burrito had chicken and rice and didn’t have a lot of flavor or veggies. It was fast and got the job done.
