I asked for my burger to be cut in half I also asked for onion rings but got fries this burger king is lazy the laziest I ever seen I’ve been here more than once and you have to keep repeating yourself i asked for my burgers to be cut inhalf more than once even at the end of the order I use to work for burger king you are supposed to fix the burger the way they ask then you are supposed to wrap the burger then when they ask for it to be cut in half you are supposed to cut the wrapped up burger in half then wrap it again they need to be trained all over again they have an idc attitude they just there for the check anywho very disappointed I’ve had problems with them in the pass knew I shouldn’t of went but who got time to turn around just would rather travel more of a distance to get better service. McCormick burger king sucks

You better have at a minimum of 30 minutes to wait on fast food. To make matters worse worse, my order is always mobile order. App says ready at 1236 pm. Why am I still sitting here at 1 waiting on my food?

Much as I hate to say it cause I love burgerking this location needs to be shut down! Got tired of sitting 20 mins waiting on order so decided to use the online order option thinking it would speed up the process but sadly. Ordered drove 20 mins to the location food not started didn’t even know we placed a order but says I like to wait to start the order when you arrive . Only one employee working. Sit for 25 more minutes waiting for order to be prepared 4 whopper meals BTW. Everytime we come here its always a letdown. Not again will definitely be last time for this location!

Employees in the kitchen and behind the counter appeard lazy to me. Took longer than expected to get our food. The guy running the register was very polite and helpful. Asked for mayo they said they didn’t have mayo. Asked for a cup of mayo from the kitchen 2 ladies walked off amd didn’t help. The guy running the register went and got it. Had to ask for sweet tea they didn’t have it at the drink station. They took my cup to the drive thru to fill it up.

Update 8-26-15. We t to drivetheough. NI KETCHUP NO TARTER SUACE !!!! ††*†************************************THANKYOU for being opened on Christmas Eve!!! What surprised me was the minimal staffing was friendly despite the cold and the restaurant was VERY clean. Our grandkids came to SLV to visit but all their restaurants were closed.

Tea is on the menu, but they said they don’t serve tea. I told them no onions and they said it doesn’t come with onions.

Every time we have visited over the past 2yrs they were out of something or it took 30, yes 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Once they were out of coffee, then creamer, then hash browns and lastly receipt paper…at 7am!
