The menu looks amazing. I ordered a pizza and I’m in the parking lot waiting on it. Will update. It took about 15 min for my pizza and after eating a slice I would gladly have waited twice that. This is some of the best crust I’ve ever eaten! The toppings were generous and look at that cheese pull!

Every staff as always been very friendly with us, the driver even talked to our cat. We got a hand tossed pepperoni, bacon, sausage pizza with bread nuggets and a 2ltr. The pizza was perfect, the perfect amount of cheese, sauce and the other toppings. The nuggets were wonderful as always, their ranch is fantastic. My family’s favorite pizza place.

Let me start with I have been ordering food from the time Mark opened it in honor of his first born son Nico.
Over all these year’s it has been a very favorable experience, been a few bumps in the road when I felt with quality of food was not even close to up to par and managerial staff was not in my opinion making sure a long time customer was satisfied but also have a very congenial conversation with staff and they are polite and helpful.
Today instead of ordering the usual BLT Pizza which we love and 20 Buffalo wing’s I ordered a BLT Wrap and 10 wing’s.
Needless to say the wrap was full of bacon grease, full of lettuce and two very small piece’s of tomato one on each side, no cheese and about 6 small pieces of bacon for both side’s and was charged $12.49 for a grinder and their app states $10.99 for a BLT Grinder which again I ordered a wrap.
Called within 1 hour of delivery and spoke to Vivian, explained the problem on the wrap and was given a credit, thank you Vivian.
Called back to address the charge on above and a few more question’s.
Ask for Nico or Mark to call me back on said question’s tomorrow.
Look; I get customer service, did it my whole life, mistakes get made and I’m all about giving Kudo’s too, I think delivery driver’s should get at least 20% tip’s for their job, it’s a hospitality service and I do it all the time and all the one’s I know from different Pizza places here in our great community of Kalkaska and I love them all and we have great conversation’s as quickly as we can in our time together.

Ordered a $9.99 16” pepperoni pizza, thin and crispy crust. When we got it home to enjoy it, we noticed the crust wasn’t at all crispy and the texture was hard to chew. I’ve been going to Nico’s for years and this pizza was not up to par.

We vacation in Kalkaska and have NEVER had a bad experience with Nico’s, whether we pick up or get delivery. My New Year resolution is to leave more reviews so after our lunch today, I figured it was time to share our love of Nico’s food.
Delivery was so fast today and I’m grateful because I put my order in later for lunch than I should have. (But last time we ordered from a local competitor it took forever, so thanks Nico’s!)
We normally get pizza, but today I ordered a 16” chicken club grinder and pepperoni sticks for me and my kids to split. The grinder was delicious! We even ate the crusted melted cheese pieces and extra chicken chunks that were leftover in the box. The pepperoni sticks were also great! They weren’t quite what I was expecting- more like hollowed out pizza crust with pepperoni slices loose inside and plenty of Parmesan cheese sprinkled all over it, rather than pepperoni- and cheese- stuffed breadsticks, but still very tasty!
Thank you, Nico’s. We’ll definitely order again!

Nico’s Pizza was good. The sauce was fine and the cheese was good on the pizza. However, the toppings weren’t quite put all the way to the edge of the pizza and there was quite a bit of crust. And the toppings however, were a little thick cut and a little too chunky for my taste. Some places have finer toppings, chopped up and their onions and green peppers were humongous as well as the green olives. I had the boneless buffalo wings and BBQ wings. They were great… Also the homemade ranch dressing was delicious.. I did have the Italian sub and was great!!
