Love their food but service lately has been bad. I have no idea how they cannot count items before sending orders out. This has happened 4 times already and have been asked to place another order to send my items out not thinking that we still have to pay for their mistakes. Today once again my order was short one item and when called they hang up on me, customer service is bad.

This place fell off, rib tip special was great back then, just had it, rib tips were ice cold, bread was stale and bitter, probably a day away from going bad. Almost called to complain but honestly I rather not do business with them anymore. Shame bc it was a good spot.

Ordered take out in person. Our order was 3 chicken sandwiches, 2 cheeseburgers, and 2 gyros. We kindly asked for ONE gyro to have veggies and sauce on the side for us to eat at a later time….that seemed to be a HUGE inconvenience for the cashier so she rudely told us they aren’t able to do that for us. The cooks in the back didn’t made it seem like that was a problem because our request was made thanks to them. The tzatziki sauce seemed like water was added to it since it was on the side. I would not come back here due to all the cashiers and their lack of respect towards customers.

Customer Service was moderate at its best. However it does not look like a safe place to work in or to dine in. It’s filled with old or entitled men creeping on young girls and women. Not a great atmosphere to eat in peace or without having your guard up. I had wings and they were low quality, both the barbecue sauce and their chicken.

I love the Italian beef with sweet peppers, it’s good dipped but it’s also good dry. I’ve eaten 3 in the past 24hrs . Going to try more of the menu. The staff is very friendly. I love the fresh flowers at the tables. It’s never too crowded which I like because I can always stop in.

I bought 1 whole chicken and they give me 4 pieces just. And as a gift, they leave me with a bitten piece. Only the bone was wrapped. And so they packed it. I went back to the business to explain what had happened and the cook did not like it and I challenged myself with my gaze for three occasions.
After the grocery he did, he still has to challenge the customer.

I ordered a gyro meal here.
The food was good. They’ve got good prices and great lunch and dinner specials as well.
The location is good and they’ve got a big parking lot as well.
There were 2 reasons that I wouldn’t give a 5 star rating to this restaurant.
Even though my gyro was well prepared, the sauce was not good, and it had lowered the quality of the whole sandwich. Also they are charging ~ 50c extra for a cup of fountain water which doesn’t seem OK.

Everything is good here. Been coming here for decades. And they have the best grilled chicken in Chicago!
