I have lived in this area my entire life, and I can honestly say I have not had better food than I did at Nick’s. We came in for the Valentines Day four course meal. The atmosphere was inmate and lowkey. The service was top notch. Amber did amazing, she answered every question and recommended the best things. Her wine pairings were great. My fiancé and I cannot wait to come back and try more of the menu.

I am a Google Maps Local Guide with over 2.5 million views, and I do not say this lightly: Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club in the Hilton Downtown Omaha just provided one of the best dining experiences of my life. I was in town for a site visit at the Hilton for an upcoming conference, and this meal completely blew me away—so much so that I plan to personally promote this spot to all our attendees in our conference app.
The Service:
Our waiter, Kurtis, was the absolute spotlight of the evening. He is hands-down one of the friendliest and most professional staff members I have ever interacted with. He made the experience personal and memorable from start to finish.
The Food:
The food is out of this world.
• The Prime Rib: This is, literally, the best prime rib I have ever had. The tableside carving is a fantastic touch that adds to the “supper club” atmosphere, and the quality of the meat was perfection.
• Appetizers: Do not skip the Potato Croquettes (the buffalo butter sauce and bleu cheese combo is incredible) or the Roasted Beets with whipped feta. Both were phenomenal starts to the meal.
The Verdict:
Between the incredible hospitality at the Hilton Downtown Omaha and the dining experience at Nick’s, I couldn’t be happier. If I could rate this 100 out of 10, I would. Whether you are a local or just visiting Omaha, you have to stop here. Ask for Kurtis and order the prime rib!

Superb supper club! The food was incredible. My friends and I had the pleasure to dine here for New Year’s Eve and I highly recommend a visit to Nick’s Supper Club for anyone visiting Omaha. The vibes were fine dining meets speakeasy. The food though!!! The menu is beautiful curated by an amazingly creative chef. You know when the chef puts their heart into food, you’re gonna get one hell of an experience. The flavors are explosive, savory, and delectable. The service was the cherry on top of the cake!! Our server, Amber, went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our experience was too tier!!! She was so fun, genuine, and thoughtful. Our beverages never fell bellow halfway, she cleared the dishes we were finished and brought fresh silverware for us quickly, and her recommendations and knowledge of the menu and Omaha are elite!! Thank you for creating such a fun and cool restaurant inside the Hilton!!!

This was my second trip to Nick’s Quorum in one week. Why? Because the word “spectacular” isn’t enough to tell the story. Starting with the décor and atmosphere; a Speakeasy vibe heralding back to the days of Prohibition. The entrance is unpretentious, as would be the case of an establishment of this sort back when only those with the inside track would know the location. The greeting from the employees is immediate and warm. Elizabeth, our server, was both gracious and knowledgeable about every item on the menu. She clearly enjoys conversing with her guests. In command of all of this is Philip, the restaurant manager. He is attentive to every detail, and it shows. He treats each guest as if they are family. The evening really gets underway when he wheels out the serving cart and personally cuts generous portions of the most succulent Prime Rib known to exist. Served au jus and with homemade horseradish sauce if you like; it is a masterpiece of culinary perfection.

Really good brunch. The malted waffles are amazing. So airy…. Excellent. Very light. I had the blueberry waffle. The blueberries were nice size, very flavorful and there were a lot of them. It also came with two eggs, which I got over easy and two pieces of bacon. The eggs were cooked perfect and the bacon was just as I prefer, not real crispy. They also serve the waffle with real whipped cream and 100% maple syrup and the quality of both was very noticeable. I also maple-Gochujang sauce with chicken tenders and fries. That sauce was extremely delicious. It was spicy but not overy hot. Very good flavor. The chicken tenders were good quality and fried nicely. My lady friend got the chicken club and it was enormous. She said it was great but she could only eat half of it. Our server was great and so was the hostess. She let us put our luggage in their private area because we were checked out of the hotel and going to the airport afterwards. Definitely a great experience. When I return to Omaha, I would definitely go back.

We had an incredible experience thanks to our bartender, Elizabeth. Our first visit we sat at the bar and Elizabeth was very attentive, friendly and made us feel welcome. The drinks she chose for us were perfectly crafted and so flavorful. We highly recommend the Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashion and Amaretto Sour the best in town. Elizabeth even offered great recommendations for dinner that matched exactly what we were looking for.
We have visited Nick’s Quorum at least four times and will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect night out, and the entire staff is just as wonderful – attentive and welcoming every time.

Our experience was absolutely incredible! Our server, Kurtis, was kind, hilarious, and extremely knowledgeable—he truly made the entire evening even more enjoyable. The food was phenomenal and honestly might have been the best steak we’ve had in Omaha. The lobster ravioli appetizer was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The chocolate torte was the ideal balance of decadent and sweet—pure perfection. And the espresso martini? Hands down the best I’ve had in Omaha, made with fresh local coffee beans that took it to another level.
This place is truly a hidden gem and deserves to become an Omaha staple. From start to finish, everything was flawless. We can’t wait to come back!

This place is so nice. The staff make you feel so welcome. The food was the epitome of the meaning of *Chef’s Kiss*. I took my rambunctious crowd of anime cosplaying teenagers, but this is a perfect date night spot.
I had the trout. My kids had linguini and meatballs, wagyu burgers, and macaroni and cheese. Everyone raved about how good their meals were. My generous portion of trout was gone by the end of the meal.
The chocolate torte should be its own religious icon. The apple crumble and ice cream are made fresh in the kitchen.
