We came for lunch on my birthday just my mom and I. I got the bay shrimp and fish platter and Exchanged my fries for the gouda cheese grits. I gave my mom my coleslaw since she loves it and took some of her fries. The fries were actually really good. My grits not so much. They were oddly cold and not very cheesy. The hush puppies were amazing and best I have had. Super moist and flavorful like an actual dish. Most places serve hush puppies like they dredged the crumbs out of the fryer bottom and mashed them into a ball. But not here. They were a true cakey style ball fried to perfection. If they are always like this I’d come back just for the hush puppies. But super sad how lackluster the cheese grits were. Grits are cheap and so easy to make and to heat up. They simply needed more cream and cheese. Not hard to do.
We sat outside during the day at lunch time on a Monday. It was empty and just us. But the music was a bit obnoxious my mom is elderly and it was not her style at all and being super loud. The waitress was very understanding and graciously turned it off for us. Thanks so much!

Thank you, Nick’s Boathouse, for making our daughters Sweet 16th birthday such a wonderful celebration! Y’all accommodated our every request, from holding the cake in the fridge, preparing her special requested 16oz ribeye birthday steak, to presenting her cake with lit candles… The evening/night was perfect! The atmosphere was so warm and inviting. Our waitress Alex COULD NOT have been more gracious and attentive! She is a treasure!
All of our meals were spot on! From the crab cake sliders and gumbo, to the stuffed flounder and seafood platter! OUTSTANDING!

If outstanding customer service had a name, it would be Cara. It’s been a long time since we’ve experienced someone so genuinely attentive — Cara continuously checked in on us and made sure everything was perfect. On top of that, the 1½ lb of crab was truly a 1½ lb, not the downsized portions you sometimes get elsewhere. Add in the beautiful water views, and the entire experience was exceptional. We’ll definitely be back!

We are from Indiana on vacation and wanted to check out a non-chain seafood restaurant. The first time was done via reservation party of 9 and we got in real quick. Great service and really good food. I ordered the lobster bisque and crab dip. Our last meal out we tried somewhere else and it was a long wait, called up Nick’s and they didn’t have any wait and we were seated fast again. This time we ate indoors, last time on the patio. Both were comfortable (not overly hot or cold!). We loved it so much we went back! This time I ordered the crab legs.

We had an Excellent anniversary dinner here. We have been many times over the years but most recently it had been a few years and they did not disappoint! Food was delicious!! It was exactly what we were looking for! Service was great as well! Started out slow due to being a bit short staffed..and a slow point in the day. However we barely noticed due to the friendliness and kindness we received once greeted. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly and fun. The view is the best in the area!! We saw several beautiful birds hanging out nearby. Our server even took photos of us! This will continue to be a favorite for us!! Thank you for making our day special!

Wonderful dining experience! Sat outside right on the bay, beautiful sunset views. Had a wonderful waitress Alexis who was extremely helpful with ordering options and recommendations. Full bar and drink menu. Wonderful coffee and delicious dessert.

Sat outside initially but we got some sideways rain and moved inside but the patio area was nice and it’s right on the water so you have a view of the bay. Our server was Tasha and she was sweet and service was fast. We had the gumbo/salad combo, Burger, and crab legs. Everything was tasty and fresh!

Third time here and it just keeps getting better. Best fish sandwich on gulf and the dirty rice was amazing. Cocktail menu impressive and view. Alex the waitress was witty. Very nice gal. Will be back. Live in fokey worth one hour drive for just lunch.

Decided to have a Clueless Themed Brunch here.
I put the reservation online for 15 people 5 days in advance, trying to be proactive, but that was a waste. When we arrived, they said they didn’t have such a request noted. Even had an email confirmation that it wouldn’t be a problem.
We did have to wait to be seated, but they were able to accommodate my party.
Our waitress, Alex, was extremely attentive and prompt with all our requests.
They have a bottomless mimosas option, which was perfect.
We sat inside due to the weather but the outdoor area would’ve probably been better for us.
One thing I’d like to share is, this restaurant doesn’t add gratuity when you have a large party. We are used to it being automatically included with 6 or more, ESPECIALLY 15… but it wasn’t. This caused some people in my party to not tip, thinking it was already included. If you bring a group, make sure everyone knows this so there’s no issue

Wonderful service from Anastasia, amazing food, great atmosphere. Some of the best snapper and shrimp I’ve ever had, both were cooked perfectly and were full of flavor. Very peaceful and quiet by the water with a great view of the ocean. The key lime pie was also great for dessert. (There was also a very friendly cat on the patio that was cool to see)
