This is a great place with a small town feel to it. The staff is always smiling and they’re wonderful with kids. My favorite foods there are onion rings, crunchy tater tots (no one else ever makes them crispy on the outside!), the french dip, spicy popcorn chicken (it’s not spicy with heat, it just has more seasoning than other chicken options and I love that) and my kids love their burger and fries. Overall, Nick’s is a great place for adults (they have a bar and seating area for those over 21), and it’s also family friendly. I would say it’s the best place to eat for dozens of miles around.

I love this place, I live 60 miles from there and I ride my bike there over the mountain almost every weekend. Its definitely worth the ride.

My girlfriend and I were a little bit apprehensive about coming here, we weren’t sure that the locals or the clientele would appreciate our vibes. We were greeted by friendly service and we really liked the food! The French fries were perfection, and the coleslaw was nice and fresh.
The drinks were really tasty, especially the green tea shots. Wished they were poured a bit stronger though.

Very cool 110% local Oregon timber country bar and grill. After 9.00 when the band cranks up the whole place is a party!
If there is a winter storm and your power goes out come here! They have a big generator and you will be warm and fed and definitely not thirsty!

if you want to get tossed out for having a vertical id go here… have gone to this bar for more than 20 years my my grandpa lived across the street and we would go here almost every weekend. have recommended countless people to nicks after getting served 3 times and food with my group of 10+ people I was asked to leave because of my vertical id. I will not be coming back here and I will not recommend a place to any of my buisness’s custumers that will turn away a 22 year old that spent $150+ that night.

Classic pub and restaurant. Menu is basic but good and the burgers taste fresh. Place is pretty big and has room for the restaurant under one long area. The place has a relaxed vibe and also have events. Access is easy and they seem to cater to everyone. I’ll certainly go again and wouldn’t hesitate to stop and eat or have a drink.

They accommodated with letting us have a celebration of life for my dad who loved riding out to thier establishment on his motorcycle with his friends. They set it up with little extras and made us feel very welcome and checked on us regularly and let us stay as long as we wanted. Great and friendly staff and comfortable relaxing atmosphere. Thanks for everything Nicks Bar and Grill! You made our dad proud and our day together special! Highly recommend!
