Horrible Horrible experience I ordered a pizza and it was burnt with no sauce on it . I called and told them . I was told that I would get a remake when I made it back to the store the manager and employee was super super rude very disrespectful. I never experience bad customer service like this how do you give me a messed up pizza and then be rude and nasty like that . I pray they find Jesus cause nobody should treat a paying customer like that

When I arrived, the pizza was just coming out of the oven and I thought, “right on time.” When I arrived home, like maybe 6 to 7 min away, we opened the box and the pizza was NOT done. I was very soft and upon barely moving it broke apart. And it was full of cheese which we did NOT ask for extra cheese.
And We did NOT order thin crust. Which made it worse to try to eat with the extra cheese and it breaking apart.
We had to put the pizza in our OWN oven to bake it. Our point for ordering Dominos was because we didn’t feel like cooking. This was my first time ordering from this location and will be the last.

placed order on the app for the garlic bread bites, got to the store and was told to park it would be about 10mins. well after about 15 mins i went back to the window and the employee told me that he was about to place my order in the oven .

Ordered a medium and large pizza and was very disappointed. The slices were smaller than normal and weren’t completely cut. I called the store to let the manager know. He asked if I wanted to bring the pizza back I said no because I was already home. His response was oh okay. No apology or nothing. Horrible experience will never order from here again .

NASTY. how do you mess this up? this is not acceptable from a chain fast food company. i’ve contacted customer support as i suggest others do as well. and look at the other reviews! just NASTY. hoping i am cracking open an investigation on this one! because after all, I AM a local guide.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I ordered the spinach and feta cheesy bread and a build your own pasta bread bowl. Let’s start with the cheesy bread (pictured below). The entire inside was COMPLETELY RAW. No that is not cheese being stretched in the photo. It’s raw dough! Secondly, I ordered the build your own bread bowl with Alfredo sauce, Parmesan sprinkles, and Asiago cheese. The bowl came FULL of chicken. I do not eat meat and there was way too much to just pick out. I called the store and was only offered 20% off my next order or 60 pizza points. I insisted on an refund as everything was completely inedible. The manager got extremely sassy with me and told me the best they could do was resend the cheesy bread and sent me a $6.99 cash refund (I paid with card). I told him I did not want new food, that I wanted a refund. He told me a refund was not possible and at this point I told him I would be contacting corporate and hung up. The manager proceeded to call me 3 times back to back, which I denied each call and eventually blocked the number.

I’ve ordered pizza twice within two weeks and each time my pizza was 1 to 2 hours late . By the time i hot my pizza it was old cold and rubbery! I’ve complained several times and nothing has been done! I was even told that they were going to remake my pizza because they had no driver and it was sitting under the light for an hour and a half! But when it was delivered it was not remade! It was horrible as the one delivery to me today which took a hour and a half to get to me and i live 3 minutes away. I call to speak to the manager and was told he was busy making pizzas! She put me on hold and never came back to the call.

I’ve given this location the chances. First time they were “busy,” so by the time the driver left the store with our food (over an hour after ordering), he couldn’t find our house. Pizza got here cold. Second time was ok. This most recent time is the worst. It’s been over two hours since the order was placed. I’ve cake the restaurant four times. The first time I was told is be the next delivery out the door. That was an hour ago. I called again and was on hold

I called the new order love, and now they aren’t answering either. My pizza is on its way (text message), and I very is cold and nasty.
