We had a great time at Niche Cafe in Lake Geneva Wisconsin. I love the idea of being able to self-serve a 2 oz 4 oz or 6 oz pour of any of the specialty wines curated for us by the owner Tracey. On the night we were there they had a great selection of French wines as well as a few California blends and plenty to choose from in whites reds and blends. I also appreciate that they had some specialty whiskeys and bourbons to choose from in the same idea of machine-pouring a measured amount. This is a great way to get to choose from many different types of wines and spirits. We also appreciate there are snacks and pastries to order. The decor in the cafe is modern and sleek and clean. We can’t wait to come back in warmer weather to be able to sit out on their patio.

Absolutely love this place! If I lived closer I’d visit more often! Everyone is so friendly and the wine dispensary is so much fun! Love getting the opportunity to try different types of wine. Highly recommend!!
