I ordered a Delmonico steak 80.00 with 1/2 lb Crab legs 40.00, side of asparagus 8.0, onions 8.0, and mushrooms 12.00. The crab legs weighed maybe 2 oz, (I worked as a postal clerk +32 yrs I know), I brought this to the attention of manager and he brought one more piece that was maybe 3oz, so that somewhat was resolved. The Crab was so so. Next came the steak, it was the second worse steak I’ve ever had, (the first worse was served literally raw, from Logan’s) I hesitated to bring to managers attention because that’s stressful. But I was in tears as this was supposed to be an enjoyable mini vacation from my stressful life, and a 140.00 meal is rare and should be savored. So I told him and he brought out a filet but still charged me for the ribeye. The filet was tender but too salty and over seasoned. The asparagus and onions were good. Over all I wasted two 1/2 hours on this overpriced Denny’s quality meal. The manager did take steps to resolve the issues but I had a pounding headache by the end. You can check my reviews I am usually very generous with my score. Perhaps this very expensive restaurant should invest in a talented watchful head chef.

Nibi offers a fine dining experience located just off the hotel lobby. Reservations are recommended for larger parties, but there is a nice waiting area next to the bar. The service was friendly and attentive and the food was hot and fresh from the kitchen. They were great with recommendations and were able to answer our questions.

Fine dining prices with mid tier food. Have been several times, food has generally been meh, but still not bad enough to leave a review. This last time though! A $90.00 “event menu” started with the worst even attempt at a Caesar salad, 8 oz filet, ordered medium rare and came rare, my friend ordered his medium, was medium rare. Could look past it if it wasn’t absolutely cold! Both steaks were very cold. Told the waitress when she came back by, her only response was we could of warmed it up for you. A $70 filet should not be placed back on the grill to be warmed up, it needs to be right the first time or re made. Clearly the kitchen does not know what they are doing, if this steak was $20.00 I would give it a 1/10. There cocktails are top tier price, for such a bland presentation. Unless you have disposable ones income I would avoid this place. $600 nearly for 4 people for probably the worst steak I have ever had.

Where do I begin… The service was fantastic. The waitress was very professional and attentive. The food was delicious, well seasoned. The scallops were tender and deliciously seasoned. The A5 wagyu was cooked perfectly and fresh. Simple flake salt so I can appreciate the flavor of the beef. Best of all, I had a rather difficult request for how to cook my ribeye steak. It requires the grill to get very very hot so that a perfect sear and char develops on the outside and that the inside doesn’t over cook. Not too many cooks get this right. But Nibi cooks did. It was cooked to perfection and I was amazingly impressed. I will be back

The service is amazing!! Top notch. I can’t give more than 3 stars because the food was only fair. The food has little flavor. The lamb chops were fair, the pasta had next to no flavor, chicken was tasteless, shrimp was seasoned with something that wasn’t appealing to me. We have eaten several times at Nibis, when it was located on the other side of the casino. We loved the food then! I did enjoy my lobster soup, it was very good. I wish I would gave just ordered soup and salad. My Rum Runner was terrible, I couldn’t drink it.

Erin and Anthony are the best!!! They deserve major kudos! All the staff at Nibi always take great care of my family. They work hard everyday and have positive attitudes, no matter what. As a result, the dining experience is always excellent!

I had the tomahawk and it was awesome!!! The girls at the bar were wonderful they were our servers as well since we sat at the bar. But I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a really nice restaurant.

WAY overpriced, and underwhelming. Side salads were $12, most entrees didn’t come with a side. Between the 2 of us, we spent almost $200 and didn’t even get drinks. The servers are great, but the menu is lackluster. I’ll never go back.

Steak and seafood were bland terrible food especially for the price ive had a better steak at waffle house. And the atmosphere is so uppity i expected great food only to be disappointed by everything.
